  1. Honestly while I would love another Guyver movie theres too much in the way. While we all love Guyver it really isent as big as it was, When Guyver was released by Manga Entertainment (in the old days befor pokemon, DBZ and Sailor Moon) it was a big hit for an anime of the time. It was dark, well drawn, had a good story and had good voice acting for an early 90s series, this combined with what we now call the Dark Age of Comics mentality at the time helped push Guyver to a level of notoriety few anime got which lead to it getting its movies. Guyver was the anime to have back then but times change and with the anime boom of the late 90s it was just left behind. The biggest problem I think is that many people pass on Guyver thinking that its like every other super sentai or teen with powers series and the first few episodes of both series dont help because even though they are very well done (better then most series I can think of) people just cant seem to see past the formula and they never get to see what Guyver later becomes. I think we where lucky to get the movies at all and even luckier that Dark Hero is so great but Guyver is not the shining star that it used to be over here and I dont think it ever realy will be again unless somthing happens after the seires end. Im just happy that guyver exists, its what got me into anime in the first plane and even today I still rank it as my 2nd favorite anime/manga of all time.

  2. In the same way that we are party to a campaign to give money back to the creator of Guyver by buying the books, why don't we organise a movement to get Max Factory to release their Archanfel and Guyver Gigantic Exceed figures? http://guyver-world.ru/guyver-figures.html http://guyver-world.ru/guyver-figures-p2.html Our Bio Fighter Collection won't be complete until we own the most powerful characters in the series. And I'm asking you guys this because I don't know how to start such a movement. You guys know more than me.

  3. I used to watch that movie all of the time, Yuki. Wasn't David Ames living in a dream before Julie ran them both into a wall, and it was a terrible lesson for David. Terrible as in. He never really had to take any responsibility for anything. He treated people like they were just....acquaintances with money that served his own needs. He had no true friends. Sofia thought he was a creep who never stayed with him and poor Bryan was always getting pissed on by David. He was, I mean he really was a true friend who was just mad at David for being spoiled and rotten and it took a car wreck to bring David to reality. David had to face the reality that the doctors couldn't do squat about his face and his arm. The pain meds he was doped up on weren't helping with the pain. Sofia loved Brian, not him.. He couldn't handle being rejected and it was because of what happened with Julie that Sofia walked away. She didn't just want to be David's escort like Julie was. Julie loved David...in a creepy way like some women do some men. Men misuse women out of abusive love, women abuse men out of abusive love like a parent does a child. Love is complicated. You can hate someone and still love and miss them when they die. That's the reality of it all. I call it rough love. She wouldn't have hurt him, nor did she have any right. If he'd hadn't mistreated her. Examples for Julie- David used her like a piece of ass. Julie started sleeping with David to gain financial pro's and cons. Julie grew attached. David didn't grow attached,he was just in it for the sex. Julie gets jealousy issues from seeing David flirt with other Women. Brian stabs David in the back ( well deserved.) Tells Julie the truth. Julie goes nuts. Julies runs David off a bridge with her so she can die with him (Failed) David has to live with the consequences of what his actions caused. Reality- Our actions cause chain effects in other peoples lives. Both good and bad. Cause and Effect.

  4. completely agree, Nostalgia factor is that many drives us to keep watching, to spend the varrera see the typical shonen sentai, super powers, so I've always thought of Deven precentar chronological series from hHOME giving more importance to acts of alkanphel creators and attack the guyver zero, precentar example a story of a world with primitive jente gods playing with human life boluntad, and herrores with this hook as many as you always would see this well-balanced with a biseral and brutal atmosphere in fights, this is not the guyver dbz or naruto, fights should be gore
