December 13, 201510 yr Seems like there was a small leak, and Fox just decided to release the trailer anyway! I don't know about everyone else... But at the time, the first Independence Day movie was minblowing in that there had not been a humans vs aliens movie like it at the time. i went to see it in the theaters 6 times. I highly doubt this one will have the same impact as the first, as there have been a lot of big spectacle movies since then, but I'll still go see it, if only because of the first movie.
December 17, 201510 yr Hmm should be worth a watch. Kind of liked the first one, not a perfect movie but it had its good moments.
