May 21, 201510 yr Aside from cleaning house and going for a hike. Do you go to the gym often? Honestly. I'm pretty horrible about it. I go for walks, but as far as the gym goes. Absolutely not.
May 21, 201510 yr Is it seen as fashionable? I want to do gymnastics and contemporary dance and martial arts so I suppose I'll need a gym for that. also for shaping up and getting a killer figure.
May 22, 201510 yr I don't go to the Gym, but I normally run at least 5km every weekend. If I'm with my jog buddies, we normally do around 10 to 15k. Used to do it every other day, but didn't have the luxury of time to do it anymore. I don't run just because it is trending. I run because I enjoy it. I was actually running even before Marathon started becoming popular here. There was a time where I used to run when I go home from the office. I normally do it once a week when I can't drive my car (coding scheme which prohibits cars on the road with a specific plate ending number on a specific day) I used to go to the Gym, but didn't think paying a monthly fee was worth it so I stopped.
May 22, 201510 yr I do some workout at home. Trying to do it every second day. I have 25kg bag full of metal junk for this purpose I also ride my bike 1-2 times a week with my friends, but in most cases those rides becoming alcorides

Our weekly routine run with my jog buddies turn out to be a food fest after we run. After running a half marathon, we would pig ourselves out at the nearest mcdonalds.
June 5, 201510 yr I work out every morning after I wake up and a few minutes before I hit the showers in the afternoon or night. I will also try to fit a quick workout when I get home.
