Lets say Aptom were to become bio-boosted and then loose the controle metal. Could Aptom fend off the Guyver parasite when it returns to it's original form? Would Aptom be able to absorb the bio-booster creature since it is freed from the protection of the control metal? If Aptom were to absorb the parasite what potential properties would he inherit?

That's provided the parasite doesn't absorb Aptom. The Guyver form is a mix of human flesh and bioboosted flesh. Aptom might be able to override the human cells, but probably be in a stalemate with the bioboosted aspect. Would be interesting though if they could merge.

aptoms demonstrated ability is workable on zoaforms.

I cannot think of any circumstance where aptom has obtained the DNA of a creature other than a zoaform.

although he has shown the ability to use fusion on guyver cells so he could potentially absorb the bio matter and utilise it.

it comes down to the ability of the two lifeforms ability to seize and manipulate DNA information.

we have no evidence that aptom could seize and control the DNA of a bio boost parasite, BUT we happen to know that the parasite can bind and assimilate almost any biological organism. whilst aptoms cells may be attempting to manipulate the BBP cells, the BBP cells will be easily assimilating Aptoms cells. essentially it's an arms race where the BBP is a vastly superior arsenal.

So it's a race? Here I thought it would be stalemate, which is admittedly wrong since i didn't account for the speed of infection that either would have. Also, might have to factor who's cells might tire out. We don't have data on that second aspect, but all organisms have a limit, even Guyver and Aptom. 

however zoanoid and zoalord are based on human DNA from Planet Earth. the bio armor is an Alien being. we don't know if Aptom would be able to control something completely different from "our" DNA.

Stealth is one of Aptom's abilities.  He gained it as "evil" Aptom after he absorbed that hyper zoanoid that Sho nearly killed when Sho's sensors detected him though air movement.  Aptom and Sho also used it when they broke into Cloud Gate and found Shin.

I figured as much. It'd be nice to see Aptom fight more with his new battle form and use his freezer blast on more enemies along with his other weapons. I've seen him use his final form at the end of the 2005 anime series and some in the manga when they all fought the new Enzyme 3. Other than that after Aptom evolved and killed Khan, he hasn't done much since. Maybe Yoshiki feels he's over powered now or something. I have no idea.
