Hi everyone.

Well, I'm almost done with my direct deposit stuff for work, and right now, I'm trying to work on a few things before I take a break and watch the NASCAR race tonight.  It's been pretty hot and humid here and that'll continue into my outing next week at the bird sanctuary.

Other than that, I haven't been up to much and aside from having some plans for gaming and fan fic today/tonight, I don't have that much planned.

Hi everyone.

Kittens are doing well, and I went to sleep last night at around 11:30 and I didn't get up until about an hour ago.  It's already hot and humid again.  I don't have a ton planned today aside from some fan fic writing and some gaming, since today's a free day since the NASCAR race was last night.

Other than that, I don't have too much to do today aside from some paperwork.

Hi everyone

I had a pretty busy day at work, but that doesn't matter too much, really.  I'm off work the next couple of days and I'm looking forward between tonight and tomorrow to beating a PC game and see if I unlock something for beating it on the highest difficulty and finishing a chapter of fan fic.

I might be making some chicken bacon ranch pasta salad tonight, and that's mostly what I'll be working on.  Other than that, our new kittens are doing pretty well her at home.

Hi everyone.

I slept in last night, and I had two bed guests.  Shelby, my older brother's kitten, and my kitten Jade.  Shelby slept mostly on the foot of the bed, while Jade slept next to me, and she generally held still.  I also think she may be a bit sick because her nose last night was warm and dry.  

Other than that, I haven't been up to much this morning so far, though I helped grandma with her breakfast and such.  So I'll be doing some fan fic work, gaming and looking up some Audi stuff later today.  And I'll be getting ready for my outing tomorrow, too.

Hi everyone.

Had a good time today in spite of a couple of issues.  I had to run back home to return a library book and pay a fine so I could check out some materials.

Also, at the bird sanctuary, I found out that Banshee the barn owl passed away recently.  I did also try to get some photos of Athena, the other barn owl, but someone was weeding on top of her enclosure and she was one PO'd tyto alba.  She eventually hid in the back of her enclosure.  But at least she was awake before that all happened.

I'll hopefully make it out to the bird sanctuary on Oct. 11 so I can see her and Monty (their educational barn owl) on display.  So I'll have to see about making it out there.

Other than that, I don't really have too many plans.  Mostly looking up stuff and getting ready for work tomorrow.

Hi everyone.

I had a pretty crappy day to be honest.  Taxi was way late getting me to work, and late picking me up from work, and I didn't even know for a while it was out there.  So I was pretty PO'd all day, and I went to sleep after I got home.  A few other things have been bugging me the past couple of days, so I don't know if I'll take a mental health day off from work tomorrow or not.

At least on www.theyareliana.com, they have a new video up about their songwriting.  You have to click on the "watch on You Tube" feature when you play the video, but theyareliana.com is where it can be accessed.

Other than looking up some Audi stuff and usual internet fare, I don't know what I'll be doing tonight.

Pasta salad was good last night and I'm right now trying to figure out what I wanna eat tonight.  At least I got my paycheck and I'll be doing some grocery shopping tomorrow.  Don't know about tonight's dinner, though.

And I had a good day at work today, and the weather was good, though it's supposed to get very hot tomorrow.  Then, on top of that, it'll start raining again.  But as I said, at least I'll be getting out tomorrow.  

I don't have a ton of plans tonight, just watch some shows later tonight and look up some Audi stuff, and maybe sleep in.  After all, I do get labor day off at work.

Hi everyone.

It's definitely hot where I'm at, though you should try to explain that to the little kittens.  They like to escape when someone opens the front door.  After all, they were born outside and if allowed to become older before we got them, they probably would've ended up being feral cats.  Meanwhile, as for our older kittens, Shelby likes to run outside at the merest provocation (she's 8 months old), while Jade has seemingly no interest going outside as I found out yesterday when I took her outside on a walk.

I went to Walmart and got some stuff today, namely a new microwave and I'm just waiting for my older brother to sit it in here and plug it up.  Maybe I'll use it tonight to make one of my new TV dinners, since it'll be pretty hot to make something in our oven.  I also might wash dishes tonight since we got a new dishpan.  Only good thing I'll say about the temperature right now is that we do have a breeze, it's moderately overcast and it's actually a dry heat for once.

For tonight, I'll be looking up more Audi photos, doing dishes, and moderating at a NASCAR forum tonight and tomorrow night.

I just got done talking to a friend from Bulgaria and it was great to talk with her again.  She's so fun to talk to and it sad IMO that we don't get to talk like that more often.

Aside from that, today hasn't been exciting, which if fine by me because I wanna relax and have some fun today.  I'll be modding a NASCAR forum later, looking up some Audi stuff and maybe beating a PC game later.  I might work on fan fic tomorrow if I get some time to dedicate to it.  BTW, I'm enjoying my 3 day weekend and my new microwave oven!

Hi everyone.

I had a pretty bad day today.  I woke up not feeling well, taxi service screwed up again and my brother had to take me to work, and I'll be calling my doctor tomorrow about my anxiety medication.

I'm still not feeling well, and I'm not sure just based on that that I'll be going into work tomorrow.  At least I got my new glasses.  I'm still getting used to them but they're an improvement over my old pair.

I'll just be looking up some stuff tonight, getting something to eat and going to bed later on.  I won't be up to much with how I'm feeling.

I've felt like crap since yesterday, and I don't feel any better today, so I had to call off work.  

Other than that, I haven't been up to much today.  Other than wanting to wash dishes later on--like that's gonna help me feel any better---I don't have much planned, and I'll probably be glad that I had tomorrow scheduled off from work anyways.

Hi everyone.

I'm doing a little bit better today, but the heat and humidity is still getting to me.  So, yeah, the weather's gonna suck until Saturday when a storm front goes though and cools things down by about 20 degrees.

I don't really have any set plans for tonight aside from finishing looking up some Audi stuff and trying to keep cooled off.  I also have a an interview with a provider next week so I can go on outings and such easier.

But I still don't feel that good and I just hope that I feel well enough to make it into work tomorrow.

I was finally able to get a good night's sleep because of it being cooler and less humid.  Got some stuff at Walmart last night, namely some garlic bread, butter, Tiramisu ice cream, and that was about it.

Hi everyone.

 

Laptop was a major pain this morning, and to fix it I had to reset Firefox from scratch. That solved the problem, though I'll have to re-bookmark some pages.

 

I got little sleep last night because in part of trying to work on that issue. I'm also here alone with my grandma, as my older brother is at work and my younger brother is helping our father fix something on a car.

 

So now I have plenty to do today as far as updating my laptop and other things as well.

Hi everyone.

I had a great day at work and and it was a pretty good day overall. I'll be looking up some stuff tonight and grabbing some dinner later.

Sadly, were down to three of the kittens we had dropped off a couple of weeks ago, as both the black one and the calico one suddenly fell ill and passed away. However, we still have three of them and they do have names: The light brown one is Cinnamon, the orange one is Ginger, and the Grey one is called Spitz, based on it's habit of hissing at people who try and pick him up. We also believe that they're all boys.

Also, this is one of my all time favorite songs, and it features one of my favorite animals throughout, the barn owl. Mother Earth by Within Temptation:

I had a decent day at work--it was pretty slow and the place seemed deserted.  I go in early tomorrow and have a meeting after work.

Had a long day at work.  I mostly did a mailing thing and doing the phone stuff at the front desk has gotten a lot busier this week, especially today.  At least progress is getting made on my scanning job.

I also had a good meeting after work, which is to help pick someone to help me go on outings and such.  But other than that, I've slept most of the day afterwards.  I was pretty wiped out after being up since 4:30 in the morning.

I plan on looking up some stuff and doing that tonight and during my 3 days off work until Monday.  I also might do some fan fic writing at that point, too.  I'm also currently under "attack" from Cinnamon, our light brown kitten.

My parents are visiting and after they leave I'll be getting some groceries and such.  Little Cinnamon just had a bath and he's doing OK, though he didn't like either the bath or the flea comb.

I"m back now, and sorry to those who missed me.

 

I've been busy with a lot of stuff related to work and and other stuff.  I now go on outings with a friend or two usually once a week now, I have longer hours at work, and I have one of my mom's cats who sleeps with me and doesn't know the meaning of "give me room" when I'm trying to sleep.

I had a pretty good Christmas and I'm enjoying my time off work until I go back Monday.  I still have plenty of left overs from Christmas dinner that I'll be having some of tonight.

I'll be watching a little TV later tonight and maybe doing some gaming as well as looking up some Audi galleries.  That's about all I have planned for now.

Hi everyone.

 

I've had a hard time of things with emotions and being sick a lot the past couple of months, but I'm starting to feel better at least.  We also have two new cats at our house.  Both were feral, but both now let people interact with them.  One's a 3 year old black cat we named Mama Kitty and the other is a now 7 month old grey and white kitten that we haven't named yet.  They were strays that lived near the back of a bank in town that my parents "captured" and brought to our home so they had some place safe and warm to stay. 

 

I have some other stuff that I'd like to post, but that'll have to be for later, since I have a few things to work on before going back to bed and getting ready for work tomorrow (today techically) and going to Cleveland Thursday.
