lost unit Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 i know that alot of you guys have built up a collection of guyver stuff on your computers and lately somebodys hard drive went down, i dont know about you but i dont fancy loosing my stuff that i have accumulated over the years. So how do you store your folders for backup maybe on disks or upload to other servers and are they reliable and pricey . What would you recommend. Quote
LordSpleach Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Besides disks, I would recommend flash drives(or USB memory disks), or an external hard drive. Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 I have a backup harddrive that I store in a cupboard by the computer I mainly use. Quote
river_chaos Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 I have an external hard-drive that I upload pics, scans, documents, ect. to free up computer memory, and I also have USB drives for classroom documents and notes. Quote
durendal Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Before when I have gigabytes of media collected everyday, I burn them to DVD once I complete a set. Nowadays, they just sit on my hard drive. I do like to ask how this topic would be related to Guyver in general. Of course unless you guys are going to discuss something that is rather a current hot topic? Quote
Cannibal Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 (edited) To make my post Guyver related I'll say that I have 8.29 GB (28280 files) of Guyver pictures on my HDD (excluding files related to my Guyver-site) I have two HDD in my PC, one in the second PC and one in the third which is located 25 km from the first and second. And every one of them have a copy of that pack. + I have some backups on DVDs. I don't make a lot of Guyver video backups because it's easy to download them from the internet.
