Did you ever finish that one of Guyver 1 walking down the corridor? I'd have loved to see it finished!!

I have not touched it yet, I need to be in the mood for that one or it wont go the way I want it, as soon as I do it I will first post it here.

remember that character i designed for a live action movie? well I was bored and decided to do a movie poster for it, the director liked it as well as the actors so that is something, what do you guys think?

I do have to work better on my architecture, It is my weakest thing to do and i can't have that if I'm to do comic books.

I like the detail on the guy in the background.

the ones in the front make me think of kamen rider double.

the fire is really nice. I didn't notice it.

just looked at the logo and realised it was flames, so i looked at your flames everywhere, very nice, looks proper.

yup, that was practically what i was aiming for, just adding subtle details about the things I like, from the villains design to the heroes poses to the logo, I really enjoyed doing this one.

Here is a new drawing, hope you guys like it, I do managed to improve on my perspective in terms of building, now I understand it better, I also like how the fire turned out, it is the part that took the most.

Fix the original, gave it a few tweaks, no more "boob grab" and gave it a few more details in some areas. what do you guys think?

I thought the 'boob grab' was just an extreme shoulder grab. I like the second pic better for the neck strangle grab makes more sense to me.

I don't know ghost rider but i think it has something to do with johnny cage.

It is actually Johnny Blaze, I know...it gets confusing sometimes, he is from a comic book of the same name, he is the spirit of vengeance that eliminates criminals and fights demons and i think angels as well, he is spawn before spawn even existed, what i did on the drawing was him pining down a criminal and doing his penance stare a power where he makes the one he uses it against relive all the evil things that he did instant killing he/she, although there are some creatures who are immune to it or just get stronger by it like Blackheart the son of Mephisto.

I really like the effect of the fire's light on the leather. Nice work on that man. What exactly is he reaching out for or doing though? the hands(?) are a bit nondescript.

Thanks man, I really like the results too, he is grabbing a badguy's neck in order for him to use his Penance Stare.

ah, I see what happened. I mixed the name up with nick cage. isn't he making a ghost rider movie or something? and it's been in development for about 8 years or something ridiculous like that....

Actually Nicholas Cage has made two Ghost Rider movies now. Still haven't seen the second one yet.

thats really good did you do this by hand and scan it or was it done on a tablet either way good stuff keep us updated.

This one is done by Tablet, although I usually use paper and scan I decided not to do it cause I'm saving the paper I have for the comic I'm doing.

Here is my first art piece of 2013, The Guyver using his High Frequency Blade. I really like the results of this one, although I was struggling if I should add more blood and gore but sometimes less is more, anyways hope you guys like it.

You mean Guyver related? most definitely, I have an unfinished sketch on this thread that I need to continue since lots of people have been asking for it, it is a depiction of the first time Sho Resurrects and goes on a killing spree in the Chronos Japan Branch HQ.

Here is something I did out of boredom, I noticed a lot of my friends and Guyver fans have been doing their own guyver characters so I was like " sure lets make one too" and the result is this guy, Guyver Epsilon, I called him that cause it sounds cool and did not want to put it a number since he is a fan made character and not part of the Guyver's actual series and since it is still on going who knows if there will be more. Anyways I will probably do a datafile of him soon so stay tuned.

 

I keep getting sidetracked doing other drawings...lol, at least I'm getting lots of practice, here is something someone requested me on another forum, it is an original character for a fighting game in the works, the character's name is Kravix Von Gaudemus, I'm happy with the results considering I only had a single sprite and a bit of description as reference, here is the sprite I was given for reference as well as the drawing.
