Well, tomorrow I go to get my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday; not entirely sure how I feel about that, since I've never had an operation like that before, but that's what's going to happen. The aftermath's not going to be particularly fun, it sounds like; especially given what my sister went through.

I made it to page 430 of Flesh and blood; I'm working on Bloodlines at the moment, though. Making good progress on that, too, though it's a bit slower.

Well, I had four teeth carved out of my jaw yesterday; yesterday was pure, unadulterated hell. I could barely open my jaw, I couldn't swallow without hurting myself, and my head ached abominably. My head isn't much better right now, and my jaw still hurts, but at least I feel better than I did yesterday. Ugh.

Well, I'm pleased to say that I'm recovering fairly well; still on a liquid diet with the occasional pain pill, but my jaw is starting to feel better. I still can't open my mouth very wide, but I think that's because of the stitches in my cheeks. On the definite plus side, I'm not bleeding anymore.

I've just reached page 431 of Flesh and Blood; I'm between scenes right now, but I'm also almost two-thirds of the way though the chaptersode.

Well, the good news is that my cheek-stitches aren't hurting, the bad news is that my jaw is. I'm going to be taking another pain pill soon, I think.

My jaw's still feeling a bit stiff; I think that might be more a consequence of my not wanting to tear my cheek-stitches than anything else, though. Other than that, it seems like I'm recovering pretty well.

I'm starting to feel more like myself, lately; my cheek-stitches have been pulling a bit, but I'm fairly sure that that's going to be taken care of when I go in for my checkup on Tuesday.

I've just made it to page 432 of Flesh and Blood now. Writing's going better now that I don't feel so crappy, I'm pleased to say.

I'm going to have my cheek-stitches taken out tomorrow; and my jaw's been feeling better, so I'm officially off my liquid-diet. I still need to eat semi-soft foods, though, but at least I'm not drinking all my meals anymore.

Well, I finally got my stitches out; yay! My mouth doesn't feel quite back to 100% yet, and I'm still rinsing it out with saltwater twice daily, but at least it doesn't hurt nearly as much anymore.

I've made it to page 434 of Flesh and Blood; looking forward to finishing the chaptersode.

My jaw still feels a bit weird when I chew for more than a couple minutes, something I'm really hoping will go away soon, but I'm pleased at least that my stitches are gone so that I can actually chew.
