*Kenji Murakami Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 I missed it; I slept through the first one, and the second one came on while I was playing Kingdom Hearts. I suppose I'll have to watch it on YouTube or something. Quote
Bobby Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 I've got every episode on tape. Not in chronological order due to things like forgetting to record and a basketball thing being on instead. Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 That's cool; I'd go watch it with you, except for the fact that we live several states away from each other. Quote
Bobby Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 No worries. I converted a female friend to Rider fandom. She watched the first two Dragon Knight episode on her cell phone and became an instant fan. Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 Does anyone else find it incredibly creepy, the way Xaviax is possessing Wrath? Quote
LordSpleach Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 Does anyone else find it incredibly creepy, the way Xaviax is possessing Wrath? It could be worse. Quote
Bobby Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 What better way for Xaviax to test Kit, Len & Kase's strength himself??? And Vic's body was lifeless anyway. Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 And that somehow makes it less creepy? It's like he drugged the guy and is using his "corpse" as a puppet. Useful, but creepy all the same. Quote
Bobby Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 The initial profile for Vic said that he was comatose due to a construction accident. Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 The initial profile for Vic said that he was comatose due to a construction accident. And...? He's still a freaky corpse-puppet. Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHltYSD4EAU You know, there's a certain amount of poetic circularity to this. Quote
*Jess♥ Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 what would be even crazier is if a group fansubbed the japanese dub of kamen rider dragon knight. Quote
Guest DekaRed Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 this reminds me of when they dubbed power rangers into japanese "nani? pawaa renjaa?" quote from japanese dubbed divatox, lol i wonder if they'll do what they did with power rangers, and get the original actors for the roles. i.e. get Satoshi Matsuda (Ren in Ryuki) to dub over Len, etc etc. Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iE0hzZXrIeo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9IzG22Kn0hQ I think they are. Mind you, I can only pick out about one word in five out of this, so I don't know what's really going on, but the description says that that's what they're doing. Quote
*Jess♥ Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 i did read somewhere that len is being voiced by the guy who played ren. I can't remember where but i am 90% confident. Quote
LordSpleach Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Japan using our adaptation of Ryuki just reminds me of when Nintendo made Super Mario Bros. USA which was our Super Mario Bros. 2 which was a redesign of Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic. Quote
Abarekiller Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 (edited) as today the survive form will appear today on dragon knight, I come bringing pictures of survive forms I could find, some may be shopped but what ever now for the lulz nice Edited November 7, 2009 by Abarekiller Quote
Bobby Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 Wonder what Siren & Camo would look like. I had to record today's episode because I had to work. Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 Well, it's a turning-point, I'll tell you that much. Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 Does anyone know where I can watch episodes of the Japanese dub without blowing hard drive space on downloads, or moving to Japan? Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 All I've found there are the trailers, and the dub cast interview. Even after all this time, which sucks. Quote
Toku Warrior Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 Well boys and girls, it's been confirmed. Kamen Rider Dragon Knight will be cancelled at the beginning of January. It will end 2 episodes early with the last episode to be aired on December 26th, just 2 shy of the end of the series. It is being cancelled due to low ratings.....total BS. If it got low ratings it was because of its time slot and the advertisment it got, practically none, and the showcase of the toys....almost none at all. Quote
