If ya look at it this way, Kuuga was the first and Kiva was the last in the Heisei line up and Decade rounds it all off by being able to become them all so a fusion in design of the first and last of the 9 other Riders is a good concept. Plus, Gackt was hoping they'd give him a part in the series, like a villian or something. This might just be a way of him getting his wish. Quote

He was my first rider so that is really significant. Up until now I thought the new Rider movie would suck, thank god Toei came to their senses and realized the Denliner cast aren't the only ones who need to be brought back. Quote
