January 5, 200818 yr i love the fan fiction on this site but it is a lot to read at any given time. ever thought about doing audio adaptions of the fan fiction like say an audio book i would like to able to listen to your fan fictions when i am at work. as i say just an idea i thought it might be intresting
January 6, 200818 yr I don't think it'd be a good idea to try and do that. The stories are already becoming further and further apart. If the writer's were to undertake something of that scale they'd probably burn out before then got anywhere with it. Escpecially since the entire site and story line is being rewriten now anyways. I'm not saying it's a bad idea just not practical. I'd rather the writer's consintrate on their respective story lines and drop the rewrite all together, but that isn't happening either. Don't get me wrong I love the idea of more detail and information being presented in the rewrites but I'm afriad the entire thing is going to burn out the writer's long before they achieve the perfection they're striving for. After all none of them are getting paid for their work, and we all know money is the ultimate incentive for steady and continious work. God knows I would make another pool filter in my life if I wasn't getting paid. And anyone would agree that what these guys are under taking is extremly demanding and time consuming.
January 6, 200818 yr Not to mention the lack (on my part anyway) of a decent voice to do an audio book with. Believe me, you'd be wanting to put a gun to your head (or mine) by the second fic.
January 13, 200818 yr Hey, if anyone wants to make an audio book of the fan fictions, feel free to do so. I don't think anyone of us has the voice for it to do it ourselves. Same rules apply as when making your own fic based on our characters though. Who knows, one of you could be the next Orsen Wells and put the world in a state of panic thinking the story is real.
January 18, 200818 yr A better idea would be voice acting for a CGI or anime version of the fanfiction, if you ask me.
January 18, 200818 yr One miracle at a time We can't all be F-15 pilots who can land with one wing Boy, can those take a beating. Anyway, someone can do the audio book first and have someone CG it later.
