Iron Monger is supposed to be the villain for this movie. Quote

It does make sense since Iron Monger was created by Stane Industries (used to be Stark Industries before Stark started to get a little addicted to the bottle). He used some of the notes Stark left behind to create a rough approximation of the Iron Man armor. In the comics however, the Iron Monger was stronger than the classic armor, but was easily defeated by the Silver centurion armor. I wonder how they'll do that in the movie. Quote
