Guest Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 cool. I hope his missiles can launch indepentantly (yes, I know they don't actually launch, but you get the point), as in, have empty missile plugs as if he's fired a few already. He doesn't look finished to me. His legs seem to have sacrificed some asthetics in favor of posability, and his torso is really built like a brick. I love how they are useing wires for his whips though, they get extra credit there. Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted August 2, 2004 Author Posted August 2, 2004 New pic of the figure. This time with paint. Originally posted earlier by Tragic_Fool, and GuyverRaziel Quote

Guest Posted September 9, 2004 Posted September 9, 2004 is it just me or has the desigen changed between these two pics?it looks completely different to me! It looks like the chest slides up and down a little. Why they would do that is beyond me but that's what it looks like Quote
Guest Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 As ChrisGuyver has already stated in a previous post, HobbyLinkJapan has stated a release date of October for the Aptom 5 figure, with a price tag of 27 UK? or 50USD, and are taking preorders for it. They have also stated a release date of November for these - Statues of Enzyme 2 & Malmot and Vamore & Panadyne Twinpacks priced at about 18 UK? or 34USD each. Sweet. Quote
daveblackeye152 Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 Yes! At last Panadyne get's his own model! And Malmot as well!!! Quote

Guest Posted September 27, 2004 Posted September 27, 2004 Anyone else find it odd that we?ve seen more and better pics of figure #4 Zx-Tole than we have of figure #3 Murakami? Quote
Guest Posted September 27, 2004 Posted September 27, 2004 Maybe the Max Factory crew has intended for Zek-toll's figure to be produced before Murakami's? Who knows, and like G-fanatic said; "Time will only tell". So, remember... patience is a virtue and continue hoping for the best! *prays dilligently for the workin' of an actual Guyver I figurine* wo0t w0ot! Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted September 30, 2004 Author Posted September 30, 2004 http://www.maxfactory.jp/aptom.htm Aptom now has his own page with some new pictures, and a vague release date for november. Quote

Guest Posted October 2, 2004 Posted October 2, 2004 Aptom's forhead crystal thingy is interchangable!!! Look at the pic! His sparkly shiny semi-transparent crystal in his forhead can be replaced with the tri-plate cover thingy (what are you supposed to call that anyway?) I am impressed, talk about level of detail. And best of all, this zoa-crystal like thing is really shiny. oooooowwwww. Quote
Sully Posted October 4, 2004 Posted October 4, 2004 The guys in work keep saying "you can't take money with you when you die". So I think I know where to spend it now (well that and renewing this site next year). Quote
Guest Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 Hm... I was looking on the web for some other places that sells this toy, and I think http://us.yesasia.com has a decent price tag, US $80 bucks with free shipping to US and Canada. Its a different option, not too sure if its a better one or not. hlj.com is pretty good as it is. Quote
