The Red Matrix counteracts this slightly by giving the Red Matrix an internal power source, but it's still not able to directly affect any being with W'Kar Element in them.

August 28, 200322 yr The Red Matrix IS essentialy a HSL since it can only drain energy from higher dimensions.....says so in the fic.....some where. The Darmon system combined with the Red Matrix to allow Zagam to drain a enemy of Bio-Energy, according to the data file (unless I F***ed up again).

That's right, the Red Matrix now has some W'Kar abilities so it drain energy from higher dimensions to power itself, well that makes sense to me.
August 31, 200322 yr Clarification: The Matrix always had the ability to draw energy from higher dimensions. It just couldn't do more than channel it before. The Energy Draining system basically allows the Red Matrix to internalize the power. I.E.> If the Red Matrix was seperate from Zagam this would mean it would be a lot more powerful than a normal Blue Matrix, which can only channel power. This allows the Red Matrix to handle a lot more power. This basically gives Zagam a secondary Bio-Boost system seperate from the normal HSL system, allowing them to work together to channel and control even more power than normal. This combined with host Lycanlord enhancement grants Zagam his enormous power level.

September 15, 200322 yr He drains the energy like the W'kar does, he doesnt need to touch to drain energy but i think that to drain energy from a specific person he would have to touch them.
