Here is a short explaination of what VIP membership is. This site costs money to run. The server must be paid for, the domain must be paid for... The forum software costs, the gallery costs... I don't ask members to pay for the costs but it would be nice to have some help. A primary question to the staff of this board. A lot of websites don't have the funding to pay their staff for their work. I have no problem with this as I administrate a forum currently that can't pay real cash. On top of that, I am moderating at two others. However, we find alternate ways to thank our voluntary staff for their hard work. My question to you is how do you compensate your voluntary staff? How do you make it worthwhile for them?
