Now this is what I'm talking about. I personally think it's Ted. Just me though. As always James you put it down science class for us and it puts everything into perspective, especially about Peter. It would be pretty hardcore if he ended up like Sylar though. Tha tway he would be on par with him and probably a bit better. Yeah the RNA symbol has been an on running thing but you have to wonder as to why, or could it be some sort of clue to it all.

Alright folks I know I'm a little late on this but all the new game platforms are out The Wii, The Xbox 360 and the PS3. Everyone has their own take on each one of these new systems but which one is hte best. It would seem that the Wii and teh Xbox 360 are close in ratings while hte PS3 falls short of what it actually should be. I believe the problem that a lot of people are having with the PS3 is how powerful the processor is but how weak other components are. I think the graphics card is the main problem it can't support the power being given by the processor. But that's just hear say. I really don'ty know which of the three is the best, but I would like to hear aopinions if anyone owns one of the three. Rightn ow I want the PS3 for the sole purpose of getting Devil May Cry 4 in March. Yeah I know I'm a geek but I have every DMC game thus far, and I even have the manga and Novel. I missed out on the four part comic but I'll make that up one of these days. Back on topic, opinions of new systems please.

Energy question
Twilight-Guyver replied to Twilight-Guyver's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Well, that sounds like an amazing little theory. Hmm, guess that could be a very nice way to explain unlimited power given to a being cloaked in bio-booster armor. Should be interesting to try and explain after doing some research. -
See, I'm with you all the way with Hiro. Hell, to think they actually have a character with that power and I created a character with that ability too. It bugs me out. I think I like Peter more though. He's just all over the palce in the power spectrum. When ever he's near someone he has their powers . of course distance stops it from working but he's like Sylar but not at the same time. He doesn't need to kill anyone to get the powers he just instinctively has them. being able to fly like Nathan, or tell the future like Isaac, or even regenerate like Clare. It's great. Yeah the season finale` was hot. I didn't think the chick with the power of persuasion was going to die though. She was cool. I guess that means Sylar is breaking out and what's up with the Haitian? What's he up to with Clare and how will this effect things? Back to to Peter though. The vision he had about him exploding in NewYork; I really don't think it's him. I think it's that guy Tom or whatever that can go nuclear. Even though it looks like everyone is there, it wouldn't make sense for Peter to be the one to go boom. Then you have to wonder why Peter is so sick. He gets scooped by the cops and from that point on he looks super pale and is coughing hard. The n him passing out after getting bailed out. Not cool, but you ahve to give the writers props for giving such a great air of suspense.

Yeah this is the Heroes thread right here. We can talk anything Heroes here. I guess the best way to do it is make a spoiler warning version of this. Is that right? I mean just so folks don't drop in and see stuff that would ruin the series thus far for them.

Energy question
Twilight-Guyver replied to Twilight-Guyver's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
For my under evolved brain, what exactly is a ZPE system? Sounds cool but what does it stand for and what benefits would it have? -
Yeah they said the last episode they showed was the last for this year. It won't be back until January 22 I think they said. But I mean that finale` was crazy. You have to wonder what is next and what is truly in store for Peter. I don't think that vision he had was of him personally. I don't want to spoil anything for those who haven't seen the show and see this thread but dude so much to talk about .
-
Has anyone else been checking out the show on NBC? Well, I actually watched it and taped it all from beginning to season finally until next year. God, I think it's a great series because it's a live action comic book and it relates to the possibilties taht could happen. it's X-Men, but it's not X-Men. It's evolution and I mean it's interesting to get to know every character. The way they tell the stories, how the action flows equally with basic character development and story line. It's just fantastic. If anyone has seen it holla.

Energy question
Twilight-Guyver replied to Twilight-Guyver's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
So there could be a system based on quantum mechanics then, as long as the control medal was properly configured to take the strain of such a thing and the unit was configured to carry such a device? -
Upgrade units
Twilight-Guyver replied to Twilight-Guyver's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
You know I'm not exactly sure if I was referring specifically to wg universe, or if it was generalized. Hmm, I guess it's an all around thing since upgrades are every where, do different things, and etc. -
Well during that whole thing I believe he is still in Japan. I have to go back over the course of events and hopefully do a rewrite of the story that was to follow myu first fic. But I remember he may have been merely mentioned by Zeus at some point. I can't remember exactly. I'm still trying to get caught up with what's been going on and all.

Thanks largo. Theres no point why this place shouldn't be as noticed anymore. Hell, once upon time everything nearly started here. This board had life and it can again. As long as dicussion is kept alive here, there is no such thing as a loss. Viva La Revolution!!

Yep, I've got lots of questions. It's what I do and the only way to properly understand anything. Anywho, I know about the gigantic and I know about the acear units. The gigantic exists in the same boost dimention as the guyver when it's not actively upon the host. The acear on the other hand seems to be a like a guyver in that it has a dormant form when it's not active and still exists in this dimension because it does not create a complete bond like the bio-booster armor. I think my question more stems into the relation of the gigantic more so than the acear. Now if there was a unit created that had two or maybe even three upgrade units specifically tailored to it, would there be anyway for them to be shared as the gigantic can be shared between Guyver I and III? Speaking of which why is it possible to share the gigantic since Sho was hte only one in the pilot seat and was the only on connected to the relics control system?

Yay! I understood something properly. Sweetness. Thanks for the helpo as always James. You the man! -
Energy question
Twilight-Guyver replied to Twilight-Guyver's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
as always you break it down perfectly for those with less capacity of understanding science. Man, what kind of other energy systems tdo you think would be able to be institutionalized into hte unit if the hsl was not in existence? -
I personally believe this board and it's parent site will rise from the ashes like a phoenix. We just have to give it time. I'm trying to do my part, but everyone has to be around for things to get any better.

Loving the concept art. Guyver 89 looks pretty cool and those early images of Widow and the comic strips very awesome. But, I have to agree with TheGuyversWill. You should do a strip on Time war or a small portion of SDOH.
-
Well the guyver.net eh? Sounds like a nice place, but if anyone is really trying to stand up for this nice little board. I guess this blast from the past is doing his little part once again.

What's in the future?
Twilight-Guyver replied to exscaped_pyscho's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
My own opinion on some of these possbilities would say that dragons were probably some sort of zoanoid. Greek and Norse gods may have been sightings of Zoalords and their abilities. Native American and possibly Egyptian gods were zoanoids that were born after ages of blood-line thinning. That's just me though. But really, you're guess is as good as mine. -
Vibrational basis of unit
Twilight-Guyver replied to Twilight-Guyver's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
You know yo uare going to ahve to give me a play by play on the phasing thing. It sounds to me that basically it means that because the unit has the ability to seem as if it disappears, it really doesn't at all, but gives off that appearance as a show. It really retreats to an alternate universe but still surrounds the host at all times. Heh, saying all that merely reminds me of hte conversation Sho and Tetsuro had about the guyver in the OVA. So it loses touch with this dimension and retreats to another but because of the host it still has the link to our dimension? That sounds right in my head. Now the quantum phasing that basically means that it kind of separates on a level of multiple prbability that allows it to kind of search out instances where there really is no wall in a technical sense, right? Or am I wrong? -
Hate to do a double post, but I hope it is overlooked atleast once. as of this moment new zoanoid types to be seen in my new original fan-fic will be Sherak, Damora, Rettix, Zeradon, Baratus, and Betalio. Classifications of their types ahve not been narrowed down as of yet but will come in time as other things are piced together. Basic story as of this point: The time line starts up around the time Sho becomes Gigantic Guyver I. From there it will tell the of a young man who found himself with an unexpected version of the guyver and will even correspond with Sean Barker. In total there will be five activated guyver units going against all of chronos. But what is to come is all a mystery as I plunge deeper into it. So await what maybe a masterpiece or a failure. It's up to the readers to decide.

Alright it's been ages since I've been able to get a hold of a copy of the guyver manga and I am so lost. The only thing I remember really happening is the gigantic coming into play and after that I'm lost. I know they've fought a couple of the zoalords and what not but what is the whole picture? If someone knows a site where I can get a general synopsis or where I can look at translated copies could you hook me up? Thanks a lot guys.

Dude those are some hot pics. Looks like you nailed the detail to a "T". Rightewous chracter choices as well. I loves the Rei.

Vibrational basis of unit
Twilight-Guyver replied to Twilight-Guyver's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Alright then. I understand all that. So, if the control medal was properly modified to offer protection from the sonic emissions given off by the unit, it would be safe and the unit would be able to function regularly? Now in place of the vibrations of molecules a simple phasing ability would work correct, but how exactly does that work? Are the principles too different?
