Crisis of two earths was awesome. The Earth Prime idea could work.

With the new setting,the Quasar Starter(Cosmos's buckle henshin device) has been changed. It is sort of sentient,due to a strange energy being residing in it. Sorry, needed to post this first for reference.I'll refine it later. In space,there was a human rebel alliance(i'll probably find a name later) archaeological ship with ancient Alien technology that was in transit near Nippon 1 heading back to their local base. Unfortunately, they got noticed by Hiroshi's patrol fleet that was patrolling the planet. Hiroshi's patrol fleet then manages to shoot down the archaelogical ship,which caused it to land and crash into Yamato territory.(And it was not too far from the local feudal lord's residence) Hiroshi after noticing this,had no choice but to step into the neutral Yamato territory to quickly deal with the remains or any survivors of the archaeological ship. He then gathered a force and quickly rushed there to kill whoever was at the remains of the ship,which included some of the local Yamato people and military who went to examine the ship wreckage. However,luckily,beforehand, the Quasar Starter had already vanished from the scene before Hiroshi came to destroy/obtain it along with any other ancient alien artifacts in the wreckage of the archaeological ship.

Decided to try a simple alien motif for Cosmos's design. The Grey Alien But of course, this mean the Quasar Starter has to be redesigned. The Enternal Star is the leader of the Chromians.

Just watched Halo Legends. Okay............... Maybe its that kind of vehicle the Spartans were using.Not a ship,but not exactly a bike.

Oops! i forgot with this new setting, i needed to create new vehicles for Cosmos and Astro. Since we are going to travel in space a little more often, these vehicles have to be something that can travel in space. Oh yeah,since this is a different kind of setting,Cosmos would only gain his "Kamen Rider" status after he gets his bike and got a reputation as one. In our old Kiva Unleashed in 1986,Otoya as Dark Kiva only became a Kamen Rider after he gained Machinekivaa.

Hmm, the kaijin shall be called the Chromians. Right now, the only confirmed higher ups of the Chromian Empire are: Japanese Feudal Lord Hiroshi(fake)/???(Name needed),The Fiend of Flame. Chromian Overseer,???(Name needed),The Invincible Sun.

Cosmos's weapons are mainly you think it,it does/creates it. But some of Cosmos's usual formed weapons are: Katanas Double Bladed staff Triopera StarPulser(guns) Just 3 weapons,quite simple. Astro's weapons are still being reworked.

I'm gonna watch that justice league thing. Anyway,to explain why Decade in the world arcs still gets beaten up by kaijin in the Nine Worlds Decade in his normal form is not as godly strong as people thinks he is. Decade's suit wasn't meant to be the strongest armor out there,it was meant to be one of the most resilient and lasting. In short, one of the most protective kind of armor in the sense that it actually lasts and regenerates. Decade's suit is also not as tough as it seems. Divine Ore is still able to take damage like any other material in the multiverse. In the perceptive of gods ,Divine Ore is mostly in the middle of the high-average scale. There are still materials stronger than it.Its not the best out there,but its very good already. Decade does not seem to take any damage only because it has 10 minor god equivalent blessings and protections enchantments weaved in his suits Divine Ore. In short, it has a quite a powerful regenerative power even you do damage it. But in the case of Magnus Extinction's punch that cracked the armor,Magnus had hit it so hard that the damage could not be repaired instantly. And,Tsukasa has less battle experience than the Nine Riders.He is at most just slightly high average in skill.

Tsukasa could say that he's a multiverse rider, and thus he should be able to turn into anything in the multiverse. Ether way, on topic, i think everyone by now should know that Decade was essentially just a fanservice rider series.

The main Chromian villian has a title called the Invincible Sun.

HAHAHAHAHA lol.No really, what would Alex say if Tsukasa tried to become Magnus and but the Decadriver keeps failing. Okay, i'm taking a day or two off to readjust my mood for toku.

The Earth Prime idea sounds interesting but gimme some time to reset my mind on the fic first. I wonder Magnus would say if he saw Decade unable to use his cards.

Cosmos's and Astro's stats have to redone with this new setting.Guess some work is in order.

Ok,exam's over,I'll review the suggestion soon. One thing to note about the Decade Suit. Since Decade is meant to travel through the multiverse through space and time to worlds, his suit has an immunity to any time and space alterations for safety reasons. So even if Cosmos Galactic form tried to use his space alteration powers to kill Decade, they won't work.

Now with the new setting, i was able to create a powerful enough sort of rival like kaijin to Cosmos.

Oh yeah,just to clear up something. If Decade transformed into a rider and fought the original,it will not be totally certain who would be the winner. Decade after all, does not follow the same rules as the original rider. Eg.ANT needs to have Mass to make his Molten Metal Cannon. Decade ANT would not really need to gather Mass,all he needs to is use the Attack Ride Card for Molten Metal Cannon and it would form. Decade's system is like console emulation,while it can't really 100% replay the whole experience of the original,it can do things the original can't. ========= Using a Toei Rider example. Ryuki can summon Dragredder by using the Advent card for it. But the original Ryuki has only one Dragredder,if it is killed, it is gone. Decade can use the Attack Ride:Dragredder to summon Dragredder. But for Decade, even if his summoned Dragredder is destroyed,Decade can simply use the Attack Ride:Dragredder card again to summon a new Dragredder.

More on the kind of Divine being that in Tsukasa's case. Unlike most divine beings depicted in fiction,the divine being Tsukasa is has no particular alignment or motif. No Angelic or Devilish motifs of any kind.So he won't have angelic wings or devilish horns. A pure heightened existence. A totally neutral kind of power. Essentially a "pure" power.Thus,having no actual definite weaknesses.

Humanity's last hope now lies among the stars. With Earth enslaved and conquered,only the humans that were in the Seeder Motherships were free from the Chromas Empire. But here was the problem. The latency of space communication as i said,made messages took years to arrive.Not to mention if you do factor in the chances of the messages failing to be delivered to them and errors and so on. Thus, the humans in the Seeder Motherships are mainly unaware of the Chromas Empire. Humanity's seeds of hope were scattered among the stars.And only God knows how Humanity can be saved from the Chromas Empire now. Oh, yeah i changed Astro into an American to make so that he is a contrast to Ikari.

Okay, basically,in 25XX, Humanity had already gotten advanced enough in technology and space travel to start terraforming planets.They started the Seeder Project and sent out many Seeder Motherships to explore and find new planets. Each country had at least 1 Seeder Mothership.So at least 1 Planet per country. Now, we all know that communication in space is really troublesome.The latency of sending and receiving messages over long distances in space. While the Seeder Project was going on,Earth came into contact with the Chromas Empire(temporary name for now) and they fought. Sadly, human technology was no match for the Chromas. Earth was enslaved and conquered. Well, still working it out.

Hold on,exams are really close now. I'll review this later. Anyway,after hearing about Percy Jackson and the lightning thief, i think i understand the godhood classification better. So yeah,Tsukasa is a demigod. The Decade suit is his armor and weapons. Decade Divine Invoke is him unleashing his inner divinity powers.It is him getting serious. Eh, what was the equivalent of Magnus to Decade's Divine Invoke? Need to revise this power levels.

Lets try a new keyword for the name. Instead of organic, lets put in Alien instead.

Today, i just figured out Cosmos's true power. If Kabuto is Time, then Cosmos is Space! Cosmos's true power is manipulation of space. Though,this would only be shown briefly in Cosmos's finisher attacks since Ikari gets the desire to close the distance between him and his enemy.In the beginning parts of the series. Ikari will only known of Cosmos's space manipulation power a little late into the series,when more powerful opponents appears. The Dark Energy and Dark Matter powers are just sub powers.

I think the Chromasaipens,Neochromians and Erodian are seem to hit the mark,but not exactly yet.
