  1. oooo! another theory. it goes sorta long the lines of Jade Tatsu's story the conquered. if the Guyver is actually native to the boost dimension then they advents could of discovered them when experimenting with boost dimension travel. kind of like a reed richards/negative zone deal. that is to say if they are native there. the advents could of easily just made it where the control medal acts as a dimensional doorway to store the Guyver while not inuse.. takes up less room on the ship while not suited up and you wouldnt have to carry it around with you while you explore.
  2. im curious as to find out what made them want to start experimenting with the orginal Guyver suits. could a wild Guyver creature attacked an advent while they were exploring/ experimenting on another planet? if thats the case then the ships sensors and the Creators own telepathic abilities could monitor their... friend as it was being... eatin. this would allow them to discover that not only does the Guyver merge and alter the dna of the host... it gives them great strength and endurance. and from the ships sensors it probably detected its link to the boost dimension and its fantastic energy supplies... so all they had to do was find some way to make its higher brain functions dormant while giving control of the body to the host, and remove the organisms command to consume the host.
  3. there is always teh small chance that the portion of liskers cm that was damaged was the portion that allowed him to become that.... connected. although i dont know if i would go that route. he was more at ease in the armor than sho, true he had more training and combat experience, but he still seemed more... at ease. i just thought of somehting.... the Guyver has the ability to heal... the control medal is not an actual part of the Guyver organism. it is in fact the interface from host to guyver... maybe it cant regen? ... but how would it grow then. ... another idea was the portion of liskers medal damaged was the part that would tell the Guyver to repair it. if the control medal is organic then perhaps the Guyver can actually merge with it too hince its organic, and there for giving it some healing ability?
  4. i really like the idea that the cm is an organic metal... but the only flaw there is if it was organic... it should be able to repair itself to some degree... to me anyhow.
  5. i would assume it was energy matter conversion. you poor tons of energy into the guyver, the Guyver converts that energy into mass and hince grows. i actually think that shos will made the gigantus coccoon and the gigantic armor. i just threw that out there as a alternate theory. does sho actually grow.... well... if the Guyver and the host merges into one being when the hosts boosts... then i would have to say that both Guyver and host grows together to merge with the gigantic armor. and thru the advanced alien tech of the Guyver then i believe sho would grow as well when he goes exceed... but the human portion of hte Guyver body would be seriously contoured and... deformed from its regular normal form. that is if you could actually see the human body after its boosted by the guyver. hahaha!
  6. speed at the expense of strength? just like a woman compared to a man? still the basic transformation rules apply tho. it amps up the abilties of the host. i dont really pay much attention to the looks of the way the Guyver appears, the powers are still the same. i just assume the looks dont mean nuthin and are mainly cosmetic in nature, but im open to corrections.
  7. the Guyver parasite bondes to a host and takes complete control and i suppose eventually destroys it... i dunno that part. the control medal allows teh host control over the parasite. the Manga goes into it more but the look on the new tv series is pretty close to it. i wished they added it tho, it was really cool.
  8. not to play doubting thomas... but would there even be a difference? its still a biobooster on a bioweapon. i can see the armor behaving different towards females than males. on stargate, the goa'ulds need to go dormant in order for the host female to be pregnant and stay that way. if it wakes up and takes control again, the baby is born... no matter far along the infant is. course goa'ulds are mean people so they dont let their host get control of the body long enough to get pregnant. a Guyver may have to do the same thing for the female host... it could lock down so the pregnancy can run its course.
  9. Cool. Does a Guyver unit even need air? can it stay underwater or in space indefinately or until its reserves are extinguished. or does it convert its own energy pool into air, there for makin its air supply nearly infinite. and whats the possible ways sho can remain young in the future... most fanfictions seem to go with this way. i dont know if i buy it, i always been under the impression that the guyvers healing power, or any Guyver power for that matter only takes place if the Guyver is activated. so if he stays a Guyver for a long period, and at a very frequent rate then his aging would be reduced, slowed but not stopped. much like wolverines own healing factor. at least thats how it seems to me. if he doesnt age normally that is.
  10. somes times i have wondered if the gigantic armor was actually another creater tool. the guyvers act as their ship keys and their enviromental suits. what if they needed to go into a enviroment that the normal guyvers couldnt handle? they would have a tougher envirosuit to go there instead. after all the gigantic wouldnt have any weapons, its only when bonded to a human does it get scary. perhaps that is what the gigantus was, and when they had their army created it wasnt needed anymore. so when sho wished for more power, the Relic used the rest of its power to make a boosted armor booster. and perhaps sho's conscience directed the ship to modify it even more so, making it more dangerous than a simple boosted Guyver bonded to a human.
  11. imo i really think the joker carried that movie... and that was the main reason i was so excited about it. as for the bat suit, i liked the idea that he got an upgrade, but the actual look could of been better. more streamlined and not so... blocky. batmobile. well dont worry your pretty little head SE lol. the batmobile is no more. now i wanna watch the third movie to see the new batmobile and the new batcave. his voice... i dont think anyone liked his voice... i sorta wished they went with the animated versions voice... quiet and hardly talks at all. that is menacing. some dude in your face just yellin.... not so much. course they could be doin this to show him learning the tricks of the trade...

    Teleportation

it could even of been a result of guyots artifical black hole, it was wrecking havok with the clouds.
  13. hey, it was curiosty that killed the cat dude. or... led the cat to kill me. i find it hard to fathom why ancient egypt regarded cats as sacred guardians... all they ever do to me is ambush me when im watching cartoons.. (child hood flashbacks) AAAGGGGGHHHHHH! ITS TRYIN TO EAT ME! *shudders*
  14. (shivers) cats frighten me so... this thread scares me more...
  15. i just finished watching Gundam seed, and i really gotta say, i think nicols death was the hardest on me... i was surprised at the amount of deaths in the final battle but other than mu, they werent very touching at all. but nicol... that one really pricked my heart... and i never consedered me to be a overly sensitive guy either. but for possible future deaths... if shizu will die, like she eventually should, i sure do hope that they do it right... i mean make it freakin sad people! its a loss of a loved character for petes sake! i wanna be blinded by my weeping tears!
  16. well... the Manga at that point was still kinda... underdeveloped graphic wise... the ova, i think that was the best artwork for the 12 ova. its complete use of fast action with violence really hit home in that battle... and when i first saw it i got so mad when i saw guyver3 watching behind a tree.
  17. If they do cat woman i hope they approach her like in year one, where she was a prostitute and she quit with a lil kid named holly. then she started stealin stuff but all the blame was put on batman, which made her go and do even more extravagant crimes. it sorta built up the tension between the two and also played out into a semi fasination of him for her. but i really wanna see some batman/cop scenes. if they show harley quin this early... i dunno, i think it might be too soon for that yet.
  18. it was perfect!!!! i go to see movies in the theater for two reasons. one, its the setting, some how if feels more offical and the sound system there is pretty good. two, its for times i like to call "theater moments" what i mean by that is little moments that the audience reacts too. like when you first see two faces face,(tongue twister) this guy infront of me was makin out with his girl but he looked at the screen just as they showed his face, hehe, he started freakin out and crap. it was hilarious. other moment was the magic trick, you couldnt hear what was bein said cause of the laughter. i was laughin pretty hard, for some reason things are funnier when theres more People laughin too. my first theater moment that i can remember was episode two, when yoda got down and dirty, when they stopped fighting the entire audience stood up and clapped... yep. we were all starwars geeks that day. it felt good.
  19. you know.... i honestly cant say.... both were done with supreme accuracy to me, from twofaces coin toss decisions, and his way of getting around them, the driver, and jokers twisted ways of doing everything combined with his humor slash sadistic tendencies.... i equally like both. i do think that two face was more intimidating. but thats how he was suppose to be. jokers not so much intimidating as he is unpredictable. two face is just scary cause you know what hes gonna do. the opposite with joker.
  20. haha! i think it applys great for the zoahalf!!! who knows! they may be nongender in the zoaform. as far we know there arent any gender related organs on zoaforms.
  21. i think toku (i hope you dont mind ur whole name is a mouth full, well... finger full... whatever) i think toku meant the term loosely thing cause the girl zoanoid was just so hideous. like it was seriously ugly. ya know she kinda reminded me of the movies species... only uglier. and there was one in the first movie too... that biker girl who turned into the pink ramotiths wanna be. and i'd go with "it" myself. i like "it".
  22. more like grunt work and scoping out the enemy. but it is good point tho.
  23. i havent seen dune in ages... and i mean the classic original. not the scifi series.
  24. i dont think anyone here is dissing dark knight yet, thats gonna happen after it comes out, and only if it doesnt meet everyones criteria. i myself am very picky. heres what im looking for. his detective skills in action, with him going thru all sorts of sciencey and technical blah to get the answer, then ending the problem thru violence, i like that sorta math. his new gadgetry. im with durandel, its really hard to take some of his tech seriously, but in the comics his skin tight suit is probably so hi-tech it probably makes the movie suit look like a tonka toy.... that may be why they're goin with the suit's armor version. ya know, to give it the same effectiveness it has in the comics but to also make it look believable. i dunno. ok this is the most important. joker. they are going to have to nail this character or i will hate it. this is the anti batman villain... if they dont get him right or if they kill him, i will not be happy. hes gotta be like, wow he is soooo evil and mean. but at the same time hes gotta be like... holy crap thats freakin hilarious!!!! im picky. sue me. and his moviemobile looks sorta like his newest bmobile combined with the no mans land mobile. but you gotta close one eye and turn ur head at an angle.
