  1. Saw the movie, of course i loved it. As a friend said... My Inner 5 year old child was very pleased. The movie was very enjoyable but sometimes predictable. But ya know what? Who cares?? GIANT ROBOTS!!
  2. Huh... I didn't even consider the humor aspect. I will concede that some of the Toei riders had a higher threat level, a more serious overtone to it like Black and Black RX. That sorta slipped my mind too.
  3. What I'm asking isn't a plot for a fanfiction, but rather the physical/visual/lethal portion. Would the guyvers be relegated to sparks whenever they use their blades, or would the Rider's swords finally be able to slice and dice freely? Would the enemy creatures actually kill something (kuuga nonwithstanding) and do ot without dancing around or waving their arms, or could human factions hold their own against zoanoids? (ex: kabuto, kiva, agito) Would riders become capable killing machines? Could the enemy monsters kill anyhuman without the humans being thrown backwards and then getting up? Think about it...
  4. U'll see it, then you'll love it.
  5. Normally i would be waiting at the gates to see this movie but I'm going to be busy till Tuesday.... I'm really cranky about that. But I'm so psyched about it!! I mean, whodoesn't want to watch giant robots have a death match with giant monsters?? I am completely excited!
  6. I dunno... I'm having a hard time seeing Lisker as a living kind person, much less brother.
  7. The sequel is what's gonna be the deciding factor... if they can find a proper formula then there is high hope. This first movie is more of an introductory movie. setting up the stage for the next.
  8. So.... Oswald was the son if a senator who was already a member of chronus, so Oswald followed in his dads foot steps and also joined chronus. And val is his...step sister?
  9. http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=105593 "I have not spoken to J.J. He’s been busy with Star Trek, and I’m sure that he’ll let me know when he’s got some questions. So, you know, that’s all going well. Kathy tells me it’s working out great." So...I'm thinking one of two things. 1. Before, George revealed things about Ford, Fisher and Hamill returning, and then Disney spanked him. So he is keeping quiet now or... 2. Disney knows he's a blabbermouth so they actually won't tell him anything unless they really need to.
  10. Someone once told me that superman without the forehead curl is not superman...
  11. It had emotional moments in the movie. But i don't think the movie was suppose to be emotional.it was an introductory movie for superman. For me, it was about about explaining who Clark is, and why he's so big about helping people. The movie had near dark undertones and again, I'm a little refreshed by this and the ending made me hopeful. We seea seemingly more pleasant and cheerful superman. For about 30 seconds sure but he was still notably happier. So this could make way for a light hearted sequel. But my friend pointed out some religious tones. So yeah, i was wrong on that part. Supes age was the same age as Jesus. Supes was the salvation for the kryptonion race. He said a few more but this is all i remember.
  12. I enjoyed the movie. Like young Guyver said, its an odd form of pacing. The first 30 minutes is fast paced and action oriented. Then the middle of the movie for nearly a hour and a half is slow. This movie has more flashbacks than one piece it seems. But the last half hour to an hour is were its all at! The different take on kryptonion genetics is definitely a... Unique look at things. I'm not too worried at the lack of humor in a movie. It seems like too many movies are all about having more and more humor in it i actually found it refreshing to watch something that's completely serious. One that's not a horror film. And honestly it had really subtle subtle subtle type of humor. However, i never noticed a science vs faith thing. they never really harped on either enough to make me think that.
  13. http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=105392 A clip from the "tonight show with Jay Leno" that reveals the voice of electro. Plus Jamie foxx talks about the comb over!
  14. ok so it took me a while but i finally read the last two chapters. Something is up with Valcuria. I could understand her having issues issues while bioboosted, but while she's human? Something is up. I winner if the bio booster organism us showing taking over her body... I dunno, we seen the Guyver clone, and it was interesting but we never really saw it in action. I'm curious if the clone would be different than if the organism consumes a normal human. Lisker never finished fully forming but he did resemble the Guyver clone. I sorta hope she goes completely out of control. just to sate my curiosity.
  15. The events unfolding in the latter portions of the shinobi war are, for me, disappointing. How they bring out the juubi slightly bothers me but not enough to upset me. What does upset me is that Naruto is practically making every ninja a super sayian with the kyuubi's chakra. That form, heck any kyuubi tail form should only be Narutos! It feels so cheap that he's letting other people dot. Another problem is that the war its starting to feel rushed. Its like the writers are so busy bringing out a new twist in the war they are not developing the already existing plot twists... It feels rushed...
  16. That's what I'm talking about!! Keep that hope alive YG!
  17. Ah, thanks Ryuki! Well i was excited, i was thinking they were going for the tech suit approach but now i don't know.
  18. Ok so i don't know what to think about this... I know its pre CGI, and i don't know much about the apparatus people wear for pre CGI scenes. So...here's a shot of pre CGI rhino, which I'm excited about. It looks like a giant tech suit, which I'm cool with, but I'm hoping they'll make it more rhinoesque when they make it fancy. http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=104805
  19. Costume designer Micheal Kaplan(from Abrams Star trek movies) joins episode 7.
  20. I feel like i lost part of myself... I'll never make fun of jarjar again, Odin, where were you when i needed you!?!
  21. Holy. Crappity. Crap... I cant believe they made that special....
  22. Oooo i always wanted to watch that! I'll have to take a look on my break. And it looks like star wars 7 will be filmed in the UK.
  23. Or (just a joke) Oswald did regenerate. But due to a faulty control metal, he returned as she!
  24. It was an assumption made by me grooming something read in previous issues. I haven't had a chance to read this new chapter yet.
  25. I think that the replication issue is due to the fact that cronus doesn't have another control metal. The that Guyver 2f has was originally Oswald's.
