Have you ever broken your arm, a leg, or some ribs in your life?

I personally never have. But watching this video makes it look....so painful and gut wrenching.

thanks for the spoiler tag, It's a good choice. I felt a bit upset when i opened it so I closed it right away.

 

I don't think I broke a bone, but I might have a tiny fracture in my wrist. I have had a injury from a car accident over ten years ago and ti still hurts now and then. I'm going for physiotherapy soon so I'll find out what is the matter.

Never experienced one, but have experienced a dislocated joint.

 

I can't Imagine how Anderson Silva felt when he kicked his opponent and his shin just broke in the worst way possible.  *cringe*
