TBH, I'm not sure. I think he's in a state of deep depression of losing his orignal split persona but I think he might end up developing a new one to help cope with that loss. That original preview that showed a baby version of him in a crib in his minds eye makes me want to lean more to the 3rd party idea though.

I suspect him to either be in a military testing lab as another guinea pig for future super soldiers, or simply in an insane asylum. Naturally he has to be busted out, but really, the damage done to his head may of caused him to get a third personality or worse as suggested.

You have to wonder if he's even sane enough to be a pilot anymore,

Well, it's no fun watching a sane Alleluah pilot a Gundam. We need an insane Alleluah to have insane piloting skills.

Also watching the opening credits, I seem to notice the appearance of Ali Al Sarshes. I guess this is another one of those persistent guys who just can't be killed easily. It's either that or it's someone else.

Yeah, he was around at the end of season to angrily quenching a class of liquor. He not only survived but is pissed. With the world almost united, I can expect his income to of been cut considerably.

Yeah, he would be pissed. Hey, does anybody esle besides me think that Saji is gonna end up joinning Celestial Being?

Strong possibility, considering his new found knowledge of celestial beings innocence with what happened to Louise. Also the fact Louise is in the enemies side is likely a set up for tragedy and drama between the two characters.

There's also something else that happened in Eps.2 that's been bugging me. Why in the hell did they arrest Marina?

Association to a known terrorist? We do know that Setsuna and Maria is connected in the previous season. And with the sudden appearance of Exia, who else do they link that to?

She's the leader of a country. Chances are she hasn't cooperated with the new government enough, and now they are getting her out of the way.

It would be interesting to have a country backup the celestial beings.

that's why the resistance group was created against Arrows/A-laws. What the world is heading to in the gundam 00 is a divided world between the World Government and the smaller nations being gobbled up and oppressed. It's starting off as Arrows/A-laws vs the resistance group, and Now Celestial Being as well. Since the current resistance groups are supported by the smaller nations, it's possible that Celestial Being may actually gain support from them. In either case, the world will either be destroyed or united depending on the victor.

Hmm.... that sounds extremely familiar. And I would guess that Maria will be the one who will give a speech about the ugliness A-laws has done to the entire world. And after, the federation will withdraw support to the Titans, I mean, A-laws. Sounds very familiar indeed.

yes, I mentioned titans before, the similarities are uncanny. Since there's a lack of colonies in such a plot, then naturally such a force would make sense. Biggest difference is that a char like character isn't in Arrows/A-laws and that the resistance also has a team of guerrilla's (celestial being) helping them out.

Char like character? You mean a mystery guy who wears a mask? I'm very sure Graham fits that role.

Yeah, he is the masked character of the series (though not so mysterious, so far.) But I don't recall him being a member of Arrows/A-Laws nor Celestial Being (In The titans plot, Char was with the goodguys)

It will be interesting to see how he'll fit into the entire plot now that it's so twisted.

Well, I did saw Graham in the background in the cafeteria of the A-laws in episode 2. Also, this might be the little difference from Z Gundam. Char disguised himself, and take note, using only big sunglasses and calls himself Quattro Vagina!!! (I'm not kidding, this is how some of the official Japanese media spelled his name) Also, Quattro works for the AEUG bringing down the Titans. And it was his speech revealing himself as the son of the Late Zeon Duke that prompted the withdrawal of the support of the Federation to the Titans. Perhaps they will reveal sometime that Setsuna is Royalty?

Thanks for pointing that out, that scene slipped my mind, and yes I am totally aware of the silliness between Char and the Titans plot, the disguise alone makes me laugh.

Well, they have a former child soldier, a Princess who only just recently returned to power thus leaving family ties open, as well as many connections between celestial beings support from secretive people/groups. So yeah, there are a lot of possibilities. All masked characters in Gundam have connections to the main characters, usually as a relative. Considering he's blond and for Europe, he might be Louise's connection.

Was Luoise Royalty? Seeing all her family getting killed in the castle setting might make we want to think so. And Graham being a black sheep. I don't know. I'm also betting the ponytailed guy who hanged out with Sumeragi (forgot his name, the guy who used to hang out with Graham) will be very involved in the conflict,

Well she was Spanish, and apparently the family was rich enough that they could send her to study abroad and her mom travel half the face of the globe to hang out with her for a while. That suggests they were at least wealthy. Graham is already a black sheep in the military, the more I think about it, the more the rumors of him killing his commander (and later promoted to his commanders position) has some merit of a hidden agenda.

Oh are you talking about his two wingmen buddies? They both died, but there might be another plot behind that for his past. They both seemed very loyal to one another like deep friends, almost to the point that at least one of them did suicidal charges against the gundams.

No. he was refering to Graham's scientist friend who helped in building the GN Flag on the last episode of season 1 and he was the person whom Sumeragi was staying with until Setsuna retrieved her in Eps.2 of season 2.

Episode 3 was pretty good, though now we know the princess is an overly emotional woman. All it took was a very stoic reply from Setsuna to make her go into tears.

Well, even though I've DLed the RAW version of Eps.3 I decided to wait for the sub before I watched it. And now I wanted to let everyone know the Toshokan has both conclaves and Shinsen-subs files listed.....and in .avi format for those wanting them in that specific file type.
