Ninja Turtles 2014

Featured Replies

So as May 16th, 2014 draws closer upon us, news regarding the new Ninja Turtles movie has been released.

This time in the form of images of some statues that seemed to be on the filming location, as well as a picture of an armored Shredder, who seems to be in some sort of power armor similar to what was used in the movie "Elysium".

I personally think the Turtles look awesome. Shredder... Maybe not so much, but does look menacing with that mask/face.

I like that mask personally. As long it doesn't go Alien Turtles it will be fine by me.

Chances are their origins will probably be "Alien related". ie The ooze that makes them is not from this world. Which I believe is their actual origin from the original comic series. They probably won't be grown aliens themselves.

Another pic was found:

From what i understand. The turtles are mutated earth turtles, while the shredder is the alien. Who... Grow blades from his...body... Yeah.

Don't like the Turtle designs. 30 years of knee and elbow pads can't be wrong. Why this? It looks like they're from almost ancient times...

Shredder looks pretty good, but maybe a bit too robotic?
