Ok so yeah. I'm upset. Disney announced that they are going to close lucasarts. And instead if developing games they will license it out. That in itself isn't so bad, but they are also canceling current protects like 1313 and battle front assault.

Does this also mean they'll stop making clone wars anime?

Yeah. They ended with the last episode of season 5. They laid of 150 employees.

That's pretty ubsurd when you think about how successful Lucas Art's has been when compared to Disney's own in house videogame studio's. Those studio's only major successes in the last decade have been through their Square-Enix partnerships. 

This is so weird, considering they bought out Lucas in order to acquire Starwars.  Why shut it down when it makes money?  Or is it not being profitable enough?  Or are they trying to take it in a different direction?  Just weird.  Maybe this will make more sense when we see the next move.  But just too weird.
