Guyver0 Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 Very good review. I look forward to the OVA review. Do you plan on covering everything Guyver film related? Also as powerful as the Megasmasher is why didn't it go the through the ship and out the other side of the cavern? That just always bothered me a bit. Quote
Larz Zahn Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 All i think of is its just a major blooper. Plus i would assume the effects for seeing a tunnel extend thru out the ship and deeper in the caves would kill their budget. Quote
LordSpleach Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 Though it is consistent with the first movie. When Sean finally used the megasmasher on the Zoalord, he kill him and only damage the surrounding area. Quote
Guyver0 Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 That is where my argument is stemming from. The megasmasher was powerful enough to practically leave the Chronos branch in shambles, but didn't scratch the ship. Also did anyone else notice that right at the end of the first movie when Shawn removed the armor and was of course supposedly naked that he had Nikes on? I am not sure if it can be seen on all releases, but on the directors cut you can just see them. Quote
*Kenji Murakami Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Given that Sho was able to keep the Megasmasher blast from coming out the other side of Cloud Gate after atomizing those Enzyme IIIs, I don't think what Sean did was that far-fetched. Quote
LordSpleach Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Well, the movies did severely underpower the megasmasher. Sho didn't know he could do that till he tried. Sean's Megasmasher has always activated on reflex. Quote

LordSpleach Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 Go ahead with spoiler, just give fair warning. Though I prefer, if you improv it more. You haven't found your mark when it comes to scripted jokes IMO. Quote
