*PrimalNemesis Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 During the OVA Guyver series when Sho and Tetsuo meet with the reporter guy and Sho bio-boosted in front of him how does Chronos cover up the whole thing besides bombing the dude's office? Were all of the witnesses killed? Also, would Chronos have been able to cover up Sho bio-boosting on national television? Or maybe in front of a large group of people? Quote
LordSpleach Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 In the OVA, the whole office was completely bombed out, and there were no survivors. After the school was attacked, any student or teacher that survived ran into Chronos' blockade and were brainwashed to forget the incident. Pre-X-Day Chronos should have the capabilities to cover up anything with it implied/stated that they had agents placed in government and media jobs. Though, the manga never put this to the test cause Sho and Tetsuro never thought of going public. Quote
*Jess♥ Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 I think if Shou bio-boosted on national television, Cronos would very quickly put about an elaborate plan to make this appear to be a publicity stunt using elaborate special effects. That's what I reckon. Quote
*V Guyver Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 I think if Shou bio-boosted on national television, Cronos would very quickly put about an elaborate plan to make this appear to be a publicity stunt using elaborate special effects. That's what I reckon. Yeah, was thinking the same. Once that office got bombed, Sho and Tetsuro didn't want to risk any more lives. Something that would weigh on their conscience like that was not welcome. In today's age, they could of tried the internet, but we all know it would of been futile in some way. Exposing the public while Cronos controlled governments AND media outlets is just a futile endeavor, it also serves as a warning to all of us in real life in the dangers of manipulated media. ahem...
