I'm no good with that stuff, well I did make a home based radio program with a circuit board radio kit. But that stuff is beyond me, and even if you built one it wouldn't be that strong, if you did manage to make one strong enough, then the FDA and FBI would investigate is since it's not licensed, The only practical use for such devices are for theifs breaking into people homes. (Wont explain how though)
