Toku Warrior Posted February 6, 2010 Posted February 6, 2010 Well, because Decade and Magnus use a different type of mystical barcode encoding within their power parameters, the moment when Decade would shift the buckle to close the Decadriver would pull a Faiz moment by saying 'ERROR' then knocking Decade back a few feet while it ejects the card. Because of their different barcode abilities, they can't cross reference eachothers powers except for when using Magnus's 'FinalRide' card. It's an Advent Card that can be used by any card based Rider (Ryuki and all the Advent Riders, Blade, Garren, Chalice, Leangle, Zeronos, Den-O, Magi, Decade, DiEnd, Stratus, Dreadus, Miko, Dreadnaught, Magnus & Dark Decade). For memories sake, FinalRide is a card that, depending on the Rider using it, will always have a different power and design on it at all times. For example, Magnus can activate it but he could focus his mind on KR G, thus creating a FinalRide for G to use even though it's Magnus activating its power. So, yeah, no way could Decade become Magnus nor could they cross use one anothers cards with that one exception. Quote
spectre555 Posted February 6, 2010 Posted February 6, 2010 (edited) Then what about the Decade version of Magnus's cards? Though,it is probably is you say. I recently looked at emulation of the Psp. I tried the game i wanted to play.It seems that other than getting to the title screen, nothing else works. The emulator essentially jams. I then found out that the game Iso was encrypted. So,i was thinking, actually, Decade still can turn into Magnus and vica versa if they have their respective versions of the cards. But gathering the data simply won't be enough. Simply loading it in will cause the problem you mentioned. The Cards data has to be decrypted and reworked to make it work for the driver. Edited February 6, 2010 by spectre555 Quote
Toku Warrior Posted February 6, 2010 Posted February 6, 2010 Exactly. Decade could turn into Magnus but his card set would be limited due to data loss and encryption error. Also, to gain more Magnus powers he would have to scan Magnus on regular intervals because as Magnus get's stronger, his card powrs evolve along with himself. An example would be Magnus's form cards. In the plans I have for Kamen Rider Magnus, Magnus will have 8 form cards based on Green Lantern, Superman, Wonder Woman, Starfire, Deathstroke (Slade), Atomic Skull, Tala & Killer Frost. He can also combine those cards in sets of two, criss-crossing in pairs for different powers and abilities to give him advantages in battle. In the earlier part of the series, his armor will have no drastic form change but only slight color change, powers and the vents on his main form will constantly emit the aura color of the approxamite card. Then, just before the Trigon Arc, Magnus will have to face the entire Justice League and the Teen Titans, thus proceeding to the destruction of his transformation card. This will also be the time that they learn that Alex is Magnus. But he then meets the 4th Magnus, another Magnus ancestor, who will later give Alex the means of regaining his transformation ability. With his new found power and restored card, his powers have also evolved. So now when he uses a form card, his armor structure changes. I.E., before Trigon Arc, when using Killer Frost Form card, his silver coloring would turn an icy blue color. Now, after regaining his transformation abilities, he gains ice-like formations on his armor and new weapon cards. He also gains the ability to use Final Form cards on the 8 DC heroes and villains he's made form cards out of. So, Decade would have to decode every single card Magnus would have just to emulate his exact true power which, like Decade, is nearly impossible due to each of them having basically an infinite number of cards. It is possible for Decade to find a way around the encrption code of the DataVent cards but the backlash of a mistake could be costly at the same time as wel as for Magnus if he were to try and decode Decade's cards. Now, if Magnus were to hand over a card to Decade for him to use then both Drivers would sync, thus sharing temporary files for access into the card info storage database. It just has to be a co-op meaning they both must agree on the card transfer. Say if Decade wanted to borrow the AdventStrike: Thunder Bolo card from Magnus, they both must agree and allow the sync of the Drivers. Vice-versa if Magnus wanted to use the card AttackRide: Onigekibou Rekka from Decade's HibikiRide. Confusing at first but it's easier to understand as it gets used more. Quote

spectre555 Posted February 6, 2010 Posted February 6, 2010 Lol, Blade was killed that way.So cheap.Decade turned him into a weapon and then after using him, destroyed him in that state. ======= I realise i could be getting too fascinated with all the mythology out there. I gotta restrain myself from adding too much mythology related stuff in. But still, it feels fascinating........all that wealth of information and inspiration. ======= Still trying to figure out what exactly kind of "strong" the Leader of the Tartarus Empire should be. He is a more or less a god in mortal shell, this we know, god powers and all....But that's Divine Invoke.Just some innate divine power in his godly body..... He can use the potential of God Weapons properly. But i think his real strength should be accessing the Omnipotent Force, effectively an inexhaustible amount of energy. ======= Things are coming together, just gonna need to write down the current 75% confirmed things. The thing is, i'm wondering whether we should keep Damocles,or give the Leader of the Tartarus Empire have god weapons in his arsenal instead. Because i realize that if this guy is going to be the Evil Rider of sorts,he would need some weapons. Quote
Toku Warrior Posted February 7, 2010 Posted February 7, 2010 Keep the Damocles but have it be a blade he obtains near the end of the series for the final battle with the Riders....a last resort weapon. We could have it where Dark Tsukasa gets into a fight midway through the series with both Decade, G and Magnus and he ends up losing. Due to that loss, he obtains the Damocles so that he can deal with his former underling and the Creation's Ender more effectivly. Still, yes, he does need weapons of his own so we need to figure out his fighting style and patterns so that we can decide on what weapons to give him. @Tales, don't worry. The FinalRide card does not turn them into weapons. It gives the Rider an, in a sense, ultimate attack. Magnus - Basic Form ~ World's End Decade - Default Form ~ Dimension's End Magnus - Azarath Form ~ Hell's Gate, All Rider, DC Decade - Complete Form ~ God's Rath G ~ Lovely Wine Smash Kero - Basic Form ~ Ending Medulla - Basic Form ~ Mind Warp Get the idea. It's an attack of sorts, not a transformation card. Magnus and Decade both have Final Form cards but, unlike Decade's which turn Riders into weapons, Magnus's Final AdventForm cards upgrade the 8 DC heroes and villains into a more powerful body that releases their hidden, untapped potential. Example: Final AdventForm ~ St-St-St-Starfire. Starfire is surrounded by golden energy cards as her body is aged slightly more from that of a teenage girl into a more adult form and looks more sensual. Her outfit is more revealing and her starbolt power is 3x's stronger than before. Her orange-red hair now ends in a glowing fire trail as she flies. Her strenght is increased 4 fold and she can now fly at Mach 2. The Final AdventForm cards though only last for a short amount of time as the bearer's body can only stand such a forced power increase for a short while before their body gives out. Magnus also holds two other cards, AdventAbility: Wake Up and Advent Ability: Final Wake Up. Wake Up can only be focused on one person and gives Alex the power to release another person's hidden powers but at a more dangerous cost. The Final AdventForm cards don't have side effects due to the contract with Magnus but by using the Wake Up and Final Wake Up cards, there is no contract. SO the bodies limits are unlocked at unsafe levels. So, say he used it on Batman, he'd gain superhuman strength and speed, but his body would feel the painful effects of his body's removed limit after the card effect ends. Quote
spectre555 Posted February 7, 2010 Posted February 7, 2010 (edited) I think lets take one step at a time with the story. ================ Can Magnus tell what's a God Weapon?(able to sense that it is very powerful) ================ But i'l change Dark Tsukasa's first appearance to save Daitosou from Magnus a little. Daitosou was getting extremely exhausted just by using the Vajra excessively. He loses focus for one split minute and drops the Vajra and collapses to his feet. He had hurt Magnus slightly in the battle, but he was still standing. Magnus: i guess even for someone like you, a weapon like that is simply too much. Magnus then walks to Daitosou to beat him up for information. "Attack Ride" "Artemis" Magnus:!? Magnus quickly stops in his tracks when he senses a great power nearby. Suddenly, 3 strange looking arrows are fired at him from above! Magnus quickly shifts all power to evading. Magnus managed to dodge two of them, but the third one pierces through his leg like a bullet. A WorldShift wall then quickly appears and whisks Daitosou away. Edited February 7, 2010 by spectre555 Quote
Toku Warrior Posted February 7, 2010 Posted February 7, 2010 It would depend on the spacial wave distortions that the weapons' power overlaps. Being part alien, half human and half Lycroscian, he has the Light Hawk Wing ability. This gives him a sense of light powered weapons while the dark power of the MagnaDriver can detect dark powered weapons. But for Magnus to be able to sense a dark powered weapon, it would have to be within his spacial deapth perception. If the attack is a weak one, it will not create such a huge ripple effect which would mean less distortion but if it's powerful then the distorion would be greater. The less power it has the harder it is to detect because of it's spacial silence (Extinction Form is the exception to this one rule as the power of that form can detect the slightest ripple of power against its own, thus informing the intended target user of impending danger). Say if it's the AttackRide: Artemis card, Alex could detect it but only due to it being a light based purity element attack. The MagnaDriver wouldn't pick it up though. Plus, it being a quick attack means Alex has much less time for doging. So if he's in mid attack or in mid rush he has only about a 20% success rate of a dodge. But if he's in a standard walk or run then his succes rate for a dodge is about 70% because he can focus more on the battle field. So, if your power is greater than the distortion of the weapons power then you overflow it, thus covering its presence until it reaches the ripple boundary zone that your power edges at. If your power can be felt all over the planet no matter where your located then you can sense the attack even before the proverbial arrorw leaves the quiver. Only in Extinction Form can Magnus's power be felt like this. The only Riders in my arsenal with that kind of power distorion outflow are Magnus, Shadow and Omni-Rider considering they are the only destroyer type Riders in my series set. Omni-Rider is used as a reference base just for this description. I bring up the spacial wave distortion method as a created idea to help explain some thing on attacks, weapon and special powers/abilities that our Riders have and/or use. By determining the exact ratio of which a Rider can detect a spacial wave distortion, we can determine how they'll fair against certain kaijin, generals, Guild leaders and Dark Tsukasa (Darkasa for short) himself. spectre555 Posted February 7, 2010 Posted February 7, 2010 Lol,technobabble. anyway, we are having difficuty on the Tiga issue, but you can continue on with the battle chap edits first. The editing of chapter can be done anytime. Quote
Toku Warrior Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 Well, I wouldn't call it complete technobabble. I was just combining ideas from shows like Star Trek, DB-Z-GT, and the Star Wars movies to try and make a good point. Tiga....he's still hard to reach huh? Well, he's usually pretty busy so it may be awhile before you reach him. But, will do. I'll try and re-work the edits for the battle chap with the exception of the next world mention in paragraph 1 and 2 until the next world is fully decided on. Quote
spectre555 Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 (edited) In the worst case scenario that we can't reach Tiga for a while, i think Enkou would be the second world. We should inform him of this. About the God Weapons, they were most probably created by Darkasa.I'll see what he has in his arsenal. I made a typo on the Attack Ride. Its Artemis Bow. Edited February 8, 2010 by spectre555 Quote
Toku Warrior Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 Okay then. I'll just go about things as if Enkou's was world 2 for now and make any slight changes if they're needed. I see ya like my Darkasa nick name, lol. Quote
spectre555 Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 (edited) I'll read Medulla ep 1 after my schedule clears up. Hmm one of Darkasa's main favorite God Weapons is Chrysaor.Other than that, no other details on this weapon yet. Edited February 8, 2010 by spectre555 Quote
Toku Warrior Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 That's good. I'm going to be forcing myslef to get back into gear and start working on the battle chap edits and 3 new chapters for 3 fanfics this week and next week. Those being: Kamen Rider Shadow CH.3 Kamen Rider Decade Collab CH.4 Ben 10 Forever CH.7 and CH.4 revamp (needs slight tweaking to fit TV series events) Those need to be updated and I also need to get back onto working on Kamen Rider Ghoul and Kamen Rider Magnus as well. I've already told one frequent reviewer of my fanfics back at FF.NET that I won't be updating my other stories until I'm either done or majorly caught up with those 5 fanfics. Quote
Bobby Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 I hope you guys like the first episode of Medulla. I'll be working on the second episode once I finish my next Jungle Fury story. Quote
spectre555 Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 So which parts are you editing in the battle chap? Decade, thinking of a good idea, rested his stance for a moment. “Hey Magnus?” “What is it now?” Magnus replied in a monotone voice. “How about we just finish this with one final blow? Final AttackRide versus Final AdventStrike. Sound good?” Magnus thought about it for only a second and then he too relaxed his stance. Nodding in agreement, the two Demi-god Riders each drew their final attack cards. Looking back at Magnus one last time, “Well, for what it’s worth, you’re a good opponent. I wish it wouldn’t have to be this way. You would have made a great rival Rider.” Decade then opened the Decadriver before sliding the card into it. “Final AttackRide.” – Decadriver Magnus lowered his head for a moment, finally calming his rage down some. He then closed his eyes and smiled under his helmet. ‘Well, perhaps it would have been nice to have you as a friend…Tsukasa-kun.’ Magnus thought as he then raised his head and looked Decade in the eyes. “The same to you….Tsukasa.” Magnus then slid the card into the Endriver. “Final AdventStrike.” – Endriver The two Riders looked at each other for one last moment just as the dimension began its final collapse around them. The sky began to disintegrate and the ground was being eaten away by violet colored energy. The worldshift generator was about to be destroyed and both Magnus and Decade looked over to it then back to one another. “Here we go! Sayonara…Alex.” Decade said as he slid his arms over the handles of the Decadriver, closing it. When i meant friendly, it was this part. Quote
Toku Warrior Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 That part, eh? Yeah, I plan on editing that part there. I'm going to make it more of a silent mentioning of respect. They won't say anything outloud but we'll still see what they think of one another at the last second. I'll also add those few extra scenes of pure body bashing, face busting and ass kicking you asked me to add. That and the world arc mention in the beginning of the chap. Quote
spectre555 Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Tales mentioned that he will make mention of our other eight fanfic riders breaking out from Tartarus Empire's confinements.I will ask him about this later. ============ Testing out something. Daitosou: Impossible! How can Decade's suit, made out of Divine Ore,break? Daitosou: Even at normal levels,it is good as having the divine blessings of 10 Minor Gods.It should have begun repairing by itself quickly still! Tartarus Mystic: Sir,it seems that the warrior being Magnus hit it with like the force from at least one Major God. Daitosou: You are kidding, the impact measured was that powerful!? Quote
Tales Posted February 10, 2010 Author Posted February 10, 2010 Well regarding the escape I will deal with that. Basically the other Riders were tortured and stuff. However ANT being the nanobot rider in our group served to help the Riders collect information using his nanobots to hack the Tarturus systems. After he collect all the info needed. Then he wakes up to wreck havoc like a Transformer in a china shop. Quote
Toku Warrior Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Spectre - nice inside look from their perspective. Tales - what world arc would this be after anyway? It sounds like a good side chapter and if it is then you should write it as it's based more around ANT anyway. Quote
Tales Posted February 10, 2010 Author Posted February 10, 2010 After World 1 or 2 maybe, But this will be small snippets. For example, we can have one chapter that starts with " Meanwhile......" Then lets say We showcase Shadow being questioned and tortured. Quote
spectre555 Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Anyway, that's more or less why Divine Ore is "Divine". It has powerful inherent enchantments on it aside from just being a material suitable to be made into weapons and armor. Decade was lucky that Magnus only damaged the surface armor on his suit mainly in the battle chap. The first layer on the chest armor was completely breached and a quite a dent on the second layer was made. Quote
Toku Warrior Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Yeah, one more layer breach after layer 2 and Tsukasa would have really felt that punch hit home. Quote
Tales Posted February 11, 2010 Author Posted February 11, 2010 The prelude to the escape will star our Riders imprisoned by Tartarus. Riders's whose henshin devices are part of their body like Medulla or ANT will be chained up to a wall or on some operating room. Riders whose henshin devices are just an accessory will be put like regular prisoners behind bars and force fields. We need to put to a vote which two Toei Riders when deprived of their henshin device will be unable to fight and thus end up captured along with the rest of the group. Ryotaro Nogami is a must becos his Sands of Time Sekai will ensure that our riders can escape without a trace. Another thing is also the humor that he will provide when the imagins possess him from time to time since the Imagins can traverse dimensions from the Sand of Time Sekai and see where he is captured.
