Keep the Toei Riders. They can be the ones that were conquered by the original Evil Tsukasa before he got rid of the suit and passed it on to his other self.

I just came up with a name for the evil tsukasa.

Inoue Tsukasa- Named after the screenwriter Inoue Toshiki- The writer that wrote some of the best Kamen Rider seasons but also written some of the worst.

about the Magnus Extinction vs Prologue Decade..........

here's a joke about the fight.

Tartarus minions were using equipment from nearby to maintain the environment to hinder form changes in the Nine Riders.

Narutaki: yes, and with this, the conquest of........

Tartarus minion: Sir!

Narutaki:Yes?

Tartarus minion:Its unusual, this guy...........

Narutaki:You mean Magnus?

Tartarus minion:His power level is rising dramatically!he's trying to change into another form!

Narutaki:Stop him from changing then!

Tartarus minion:its incredible, its rising so fast...........

Narutaki:STOP HIM NOW!

Tartarus minion 2: We cant sir, this is beyond the equipment's ability!He's overpowering the field!

The Equipment then beeps repeatedly very loudly!

Narutaki:I SAID STOP HIM NOW!

The equiptment then starts to cease function.

Tartarus minion 2:His power level,its......................

Tartarus minion:ITS OVER NNNIIIIINNNE THOOOOUUSAND!!!!!!!!

The Equipment then explodes and Narutaki flees.

Narutaki:What in the world.........this cant be!

Magnus then fully changes into Extinction form.

okay, now that we have confirmed that the Tartarus Empire is the evil organisation, lets make up some minions !

Tartarus Empire has the Magic, the Monsters and the Military,we can have quite a nice variety.

I went tweak Decade's powers a bit.I figured that even if its Prologue Decade, he's not unbeatable and all powerful.The Tartarus Empire had not counted on Magnus possessing a form that even exceeds Decade under Divine Evoke.

They thought Decade using Divine Evoke was sufficient for taking out the Nine Riders,but they were wrong...............

Decade under Divine Evoke seemed very godly to them,that's why they were very confident they could win over the Nine Riders.

okay here's a question about the fight between Prologue Decade and Magnus Extinction.Do you want to have a proper fight between Magnus Extinction and Prologue Decade rather than a short fight session?

Ok, here's a symbol I did by using that skull with wings as a base.

It's look great but to make it better remove the swirling lines... I find it not fitting... A logo of any company or empire needs to be simple and to the point.

The swirling lines were just put there to add some pazaaz. I can remove them easily.

Now I was thinking about something and it was what Spectre asked about the prologue battle. I was thinking that after i finish the Shadow Arc I could stall the Neos arc for a short time and do the first side story which would be a whole chapter dedicated to the battle between Decade and Magnus. I can make it seem as a type of dream sequence for the story for either Tsukasa or Natsumi to have and to help answer questions that some of our readers might have about what happened.

Any thoughts? The reason I mention this is that I plan on writing the next side chapter where Magnus encounters G and later revives Natsumi. He'll block her memory of being revived for a short time and then release her onto either Ghouls' or ANT's world.

Okay,it is Tsukasa who dreams of the Prologue Decade Vs Magnus Extinction.However, at that point, he does not know why he was there fighting this mysterious Magnus,or who were the other 8 riders on the ground.Or even whether this was real and when did it happen.

In ANT's world, i heard the Smiths are going to recieve help from the Tartarus Empire.

i dont think there's anything to fix until world 3.

EDIT:there is one last issue.

How would the Tartarus Empire know that Tsukasa has turned against them?I was thinking from world 3, Tsuksa would meet signs of the Tartarus Empire.
