[OOC]Alright, enough stalling. One Aptom post, coming right up.[/OOC]

"...Looks like I missed one. One moment." Suddenly, Aptom spins around and swings his right arm out. The arm stretches toward the wall of a building behind him and his hand forms into a lance-like spike.

What are they saying saying? Hyp3rB14d3 wonders. However, as Aptom spins around and attacks the wall he'd been using as cover, Hyp3rB14d3 dives out of the way. Pulling the topmost of the five triggers hidden within his blade, Hyp3rB14d3 releases a blinding flash from his sword. Turning, Hyp3rB14d3 tries to run, only to discover that his evasion was less effective than he'd previously believed it to be. Aptom's 'lance' had pierced his left wing, and was in the process of fusing with it. Oh crap! Severing the wing, Hyp3rB14d3 began running.

"After him!" Aptom shouted to Kumori. Is he a lost number? He doesn't seem to be a normal Zoanoid...

"Eliminate our bio-boosted friend," Kajima said over the intercom. Kajima, his assistant Aleksandrov, and Zarkov left the room and entered a elevator. "What is the plan sir?" Alexandrov asked, "Now that the quantum guyver is here, there's no telling if we can defeat it."

"There's no need to overreact," Kajima said calmly, "Mr. Daniels knows that we have leverage over him, he'll calculate his next move far more carefully now."

"What are you planning sir?" Alek asked, "Once he finishes with the townspeople he'll try and regroup with the human."

"Then we just have to make sure that the human is killed long before they regroup," Kajima replied.

"But sir, my experiments can't be expendable!" Zarkov yelled, "I still need time to achieve their perfection!"

"There's no need to worry," Kajima replied, "I'm performing an interesting experiment on our guyver friend at the infected peoples' expense."

"Then we can focus all of our might against the quantum?" Alek asked.

"Indeed, although I do have a back-up plan should things get out of control," Kajima replied.

"Things may get out of hand sir," Zarkov said, "With the quantum now active there's no telling how much damage he'll cause."

"Like I said, I have a back-up plan," Kajima said as the elevator stopped. The three men exited and looked at the destroyed ruins surrounded by infected workers. Kajima smiled, "We have finally found what we've been looking for." Kajima looked at Zarkov, "Can I trust that you'll handle the human."

"As you command sir," Zarkov said as he reentered the elevator with two men in full tactical gear.

Meanwhile:

Koujin was slicing regular zoanoids left and right. But for everyone he cut down, another appeared in its place. However, he saw that the three lost number types were avoiding the guyver and were laughing. "You have to be pretty cold to laugh when you see your comrades being sliced to pieces!" Koujin yelled.

"On the contrary guyver, we're laughing at you!" One of the lost number's replied.

"You cut up the soldiers without even thinking but can you do the same when these innocent townspeople are against you? ATTACK!!!" Another one yelled.

The eyes of all of the infected townspeople turned red and grew sharp claws! They turned their gaze to Koujin and all attack at once. Koujin jumped up and floated in the air as the infected people jumped to claw him.

"You can kill them all," a lost number laughed, "but only if your a heartless monster like us!"

Meanwhile....again:

X ran past dozens of infected townspeople, as he tried to find his guyver ally. He looked at his hand in amazement, "I can't believe I had it all wrong, there was never three pieces of technology, there's only one! One with three different modes, but how do I activate the third mode?!" X saw a building coming up, he entered and was immediately ambushed by several Chronos soldiers. He quickly gunned and slew them all. He looked on the wall and noticed Central Research and Development. X knew that the secret research data would be in there so he followed the signs pointing to the CRD. He went down the corridor and a large metal door came down and blocked him entry. "There's another way in there human," a voice said behind X, "but if you want it you'll have to get my key-card!" X turned around and saw it was Chief Zarkov, running down another corridor.

"Damn, I thought Koujin got him!" X said as he ran after Zarkov. After a few minutes of running through a labyrinth of corridors, X saw he was entering the Proving Grounds. X entered the large room and noticed it looked just like a forest! "Where the hell?-" X said as Zarkov and two men walked out of an elevator in the floor.

"Good he followed me," Zarkov, "Now gentlemen, lets have some fun!!!" Zarkov's body began to grow taller and his lower section began to break into dozens of roots. The two men he had at his side placed their hands on Zarkov and were assimilated into the zoanoid! Zarkov grew until he almost hit the 30ft ceiling, his root-feet sank deep into the ground, and he grew dozens of small tentacle arms. His neck split and the part where it meets the shoulder and a face looking much like that of the Predator with a long whip-like tongue emerged! And on the left side of his lower chest, another head emerged, this one had a pair of scything talons!

"Holy drenn! What the hell kind of zoanoid are you?!" X asked as he took a few steps back.

"I am the creature that'll bring your death human, "Zarkov replied, "But call me, 'the Weed of Death, DREADROOT'!!!" X looked around and saw that all of the foliage in the room instantly died.

"How the hell do I kill this thing?! Wheres the guyver when you need him?!" X said as sweat bead down his face....

Sitting in a patch of flowers, Kenji picked one and wondered just what his dad was doing. It was really pretty here, but he was getting lonely for his dad. He wondered if Dad was staying on Silha with Archanfel.

-Little boy.-

-Oh, hi Mr. Jabir,- he called back. -What did you want to talk to me about?-

-Would you like to come down to Russia? I think there is someone here who would like to play with you.-

-Okay!-

Teleporting to where Mr. Jabir guided him to, he found himself in a dark building. Yawning, Kenji slumped back against a wall.

(Jabir's POV)

Taking control of the boy's body while putting his mind into a state of deep, trancelike sleep, Jabir commanded him to move forward. He already had the reports of the confrontation, short as it was, between the Quantum Guyver and the little Zoalord. The boy would be very useful in this battle. Moving him deeper into the base, he sent a message to Ichiro Kajima, informing the man of both the little Zoalord's presence, and just how the child would best be utilized in the battle in progress.

It would be rather fascinating to see how the Guyver would react to the little Zoalord's presence this time.

OOC: Well Someone's got to keep this thread alive, and it might as well be the king! This is really just X vs Zarkov since I don't really want to interfere with anyone's plans right now. I'd rather just reformulate my grand master plan (which I'm making up with each new post) after everyone's posts. I have a kick ass way to end this saga but I need to build up on it. So Decade, Kenji, you two can pretty much do what you will at this point but be prepared, the end of this saga is coming....we now return you to your regularly scheduled rp:

X was frozen, he couldn't believe the behemoth he was about to face. X drew both of his blasters and began firing eradically, hoping that there was some weakness to this beast. Dreadroot laughed as the laser blast wounds just healed up. He sent his tentacles after at X, toying with the human for he knew there would be no way X could in this. Try as he might, X wasn't able to dodge all of the tentacles, and was slammed around several times. He then drew his sword and started slicing the tentacles as they came. "Nothing like doing a little pruning!" X said as he chopped away. Zarkov's "Predatorish" head (or head #2 as I'll call him) sent out its long whip-like tongue and wrapped it around X's sword arm and began pulling him in! He could see the huge and sharp fangs ready to bite his head off, but he blasted the tongue and fell to the ground. Head #2 retracted the tongue and screamed in frustration as Zarkov just laughed.

"What's so funny, freak?" X said as he regained his breath.

"You are!" Zarkov yelled back as head #2 regrew his tongue.

"You mean your whole body regenerates?!" X said.

"I'm a plant, and a plant will always grow back its leaves, its stems, its petals, and its THORNS!" Zarkov shouted as head #3 shot forward and nearly impaled X with its razor-sharp talons. X blasted both of head #3's eyes, forcing the creature to make a mighty wail, but the pain was short lived as head#3 blinked and both eye's were fine! X was running out of ideas, he had nothing in his small arsenal to beat this thing and he would need a guyver megasmasher to send Zarkov to hell. Head #3 came at X again, this time X blocked its talons with his sword but the force of the creature sent X into the corner. Zarkov then wrapped one of his mighty tentacles around X and lifted him up as he began to squeeze the life out of him!

"You and your guyver friend think you can win?!" Zarkov yelled, "you two are more foolish than we could've ever imagined! We knew you were coming long before you even knew of our operation. You're friend in the resistance is too sloppy, he never knew we were spying on him! Well that should teach him not to investigate in our affairs!"

"So that's how they knew we were coming, they were tracking Robert, not us! He was just careless and got us involved, we assumed we'd be triumphant like at central city, but these bastards were ready. If I get out of this, I'm gonna kill Robert!" X thought as the pain became unbearable. Zarkov then grabbed X's shades, "You know its impolite to wear sunglasses indoors." Head #2 then opened its mouth and closed in for the kill.

"Big mistake you smirnoff-drinking son of a bitch!!!," X yelled, "No one takes my glasses and gets away with it Mirror Eruption!!!"

Dozens of laser blasts and sonic blasts shot out in every direction. Many of them hitting the rather large Zarkov who was forced to release his mighty grip and X fell back to the ground. X caught his glasses before they hit the ground and placed the back on his head. Zarkov fell and ceased to show life.

"Finally, thought I was a goner for a second," X said as he breathed a sigh of relief, "Now where's that key card that giant weed hid?" Before he could move, head #2 wrapped its long tongue around X's ankle and sent him flying towards the ceiling! X slammed against the ceiling and dropped all of his weapons and hung like a Christmas tree ornament as Zarkov rose back up.

"drenn he came back after all that?!" X shouted.

"Fool! You can't kill me, as long as there's nutrients in the area, then I'll always come back!"Zarkov replied, "Just look around you, notice anything?"

X looked and saw that all of the beautiful foliage was dead, unlike when he entered the room and it was a lush garden. "Didn't you think there was a reason I call myself the 'Weed of Death'? I'll continue to suck the life until there's nothing left! And now you've lost your precious weaponry and as long as we have this arm pointed away, you can't attack!" Zarkov sent one of his many tentacles and forced X's arm to be pointed to his head! X looked around and saw something called, Bio-Hazard Sterilization. "That's it!" X thought, "Now how do I use it?!" X saw a propane tank right next to Zarkov's base, so he moved his head and fired a laser blast from his hand. The blast made the tank explode and Zarkov released X and flailed in pain! X landed and ran towards the Bio-harzard Sterilization control panel.

"No chance, you have no chance of getting out of here alive!" Zarkov yelled as he sent all of his tentacles at X! X looked back and smiled as he jumped out of the way and all of the tentacles hit the control panel turning on the bio-hazard sterilization controls! "Command Confirmed. Warning! Biological threat has been detected. The laboratory shall now commence an emergency bio-hazard sterilization. All staff, please leave the laboratory at this time as the lab shall now be sealed." The computer said. X ran and emptied a large refrigerator of dozens of bio-samples.

"No! You son of a bitch! I'll kill you!" Zarkov screamed as he sent everything at X! X emptied the fridge and jumped inside and slammed the door shut as Zarkov's tentacles closed in! "5...4...3...2...1...Sterilization commencing," The computer said. Dozens of flame throwers opened up out of the walls and floor and set the room ablaze! After about a minute the room was then filled with a strange mist the immediately put out the flames. X walked out and saw that Zarkov, and just about everything aside from the equipment, was burnt to a crisp. "You can't come back if there's nothing for you to feed off of," X said as he walked up to the dissolving Zarkov. "Now that's what I call a weed killer," X said as he picked up his gear and searched the lab for the key-card.

After about 5 minutes of searching, he finally found it and used it to unlock the doors from the master control panel. As X was leaving he noticed a computer monitor reading, Access Restricted Files? y/n?

"Well would you look at that? Let's see what the doctor was gonna look at," X said as he pressed the y key. A nude photo of a rather hot woman came on the screen! "Can't say I'm disappointing," X laughed. Then several other files opened up revealing countless details of the Chronos operation. Research data, zoanoid files, medical records, it was all there. X pressed the download button and the process begun. X looked up at the security monitors and saw Koujin was surrounded by infected townspeople and zoanoids. "Just hold on guyver, I'm coming," X said.

Meanwhile:

"I understand Lord Jabir," Kajima responded telepathically, "I believe we can make full use of Lord Kenji." Kajima looked at little Kenji with a smile and asked the little zoalord, "Excuse me Lord Kenji, but there's someone here I think you'll be delighted to meet," Kajima smiled, "how would you like to meet the guyver you met back in central city?"

"Sir are you sure?-" Alek asked but Kajima raised his hand to silence Alek.

"Sure," Kenji replied, "I hope he'll want to play this time."

"Oh I believe he will," Kajima laughed, "I believe he will."

[*Kenji Murakami]

"Great!" Kenji exclaimed, clapping his hands enthusiastically. "Um, where is he?"

"He's just down that hallway," Kajima said, smiling and pointing to the hallway that would lead to the Guyver's battleground. "He's playing tag, so make sure you tag him first, or you'll be 'it'."

"Okay!" Kenji calls back over his shoulder, scampering off.

OOC: Really nice post BK. Now it's my turn. My mind is actually in Kamen Rider mode so be preparred to see a lot of Guyver style Rider kicks, lol...maybe.

IC:

With every kick and punch they threw at him, Koujin just flew around dodging the hits. The Zoanoids he had no trouble killing but it was the towns people he couldn't bring himself to fight. 'Damn, now I know how Guyver 1 feels!' Koujin thought to himself as he jumped out of the way of an infected 13 year old girl lunging at him with her teeth bared. Of course, the moment he landed he was hit in the back by another Zoanoid. Of course, this one was new as he hadn't been in the battle for the whole time prior.

'drenn! Where'd he come from?!' Koujin cursed mentally.

"What's wrong Quantum Guvyer?! Can't you fight back? Look, these people don't want you to save them. They're perfectly happy serving us and even more content with the thought of killing you!" The lost number laughed as he struck at Koujin with his claws.

Koujin landed near a corner and then got a good look at him. He looked like a cross between a Powered Zerebebuth and a Neo ZX-TOLE. This thing had armor and weapons to spare that even his own enhancer armor looked like a toy. The lost number then raised its right hand and summoned an energy sphere in its palm.

"What the hell?!" Koujin shouted as he dodged the blast once the Zoanoid fired. Koujin landed in another corner but it was one that he didn't particularly like seeing as it was crawling with living Zombies. "There has to be a way to save these people and turn them back to normal!"

"There is Guyver...that is if they aren't pass the 3rd stage of infection." The lost number told him.

"What do you mean '3rd stage of infection'? Just who are you?!"

"I am the lost number Zoanoid Psycrossus. I was specifically created by both Dr. Barcus and Kajima to control those infected here at the base. As for the stages of infection, I'll tell you." The living zombies stopped moving by the command of Psycrossus and he then began to explain the infection of the people.

(Meanwhile)

"He's right through this door lord Kenji. Your Guyver friend is waiting to play with you." Kajima said as he motioned Kenji to the metal door leading to the training room. Kenji just followed and walked towards the door. Kajima took out his master card key and swiped it through the card reader. The door beeped as it said 'Access Granted' in Russian.

(Back inside the room)

"You see Guyver, around here we have a type of crystal that is almost the same as those ones found in Central City. There is a problem with them though. They emmit a type of radiation that can infect normal humans. This infection has 5 known stages. The first 2 are curable and we are currently working on a cure for stage 3. But it is the 3rd stage where these people start becoming violent and more animalistic." Psycrossus told Koujin.

"I see. What about stages 4 & 5?"

"I'm getting there. Anyway, I can control any infected human up to stage 4. When an infected person hits stage 4 they begin to go into a slight metamorphosis where tehir bodies start to change slightly. Each change veries from person to person. Once they hit stage 5 I can no longer control them and they are considered a threat."

"Why's that?"

"Well, you see. Once one hits stage five they turn into a beast that no longer looks human. They can even give the strongest of Hyper Zoanoids and even a Libertus a run for their money. The only drawback is that they lose all sense of themselves. They no longer have a conscience and they no longer feel anything towards life. They exist only to kill and devour. At the moment, all of the people here are a mixture of stages 1-3."

"So only some of these people can be saved?"

"Yes but there is a problem now that you're here." This part got Koujin's attention. If him being there was a problem he had to know why.

"Why's that?"

"Well you see, back when your friend the White Quantum Guyver was still working for us, we exposed her to the crystals here at the base. At first she showed signs of 1st stage infection but she was then soon healed. But when she transformed a startling revolation occured. The mixture of energies from both the crystals and the Quantum Coupler created a side effect. All stage 1 & 2 infected people were healed and restored to normal in the glow of the energy but the White Quantum went berserk as the crystals energy wrecked havok on her control metal's functions. She lost control and sluaghtered everyone in the room."

Koujin was both shocked and speechless. He couldn't believe that something like that had happened to Shiori. Of course, now he was curious. He had trnasformed and he had even activated his Quantum Coupler a few minutes ago during the battle but he was perfectly fine.

"Wait a sec. If that's true then why am I still fine?" This question actually shocked Psycrossus.

"What do you mean you're still fine. You haven't activated your coupler yet so you're aren't under the effects of the crystals' power."

"Wrong ugly. I've been using my coupler for the past few minutes and I feel just fine. A little tired from all the running around but still just fine."

"WHAT?!" That can't be. You should be going berserk then." Koujin just smikred. He now found a loop hole in Kajima's plans.

"Baka. Don't you know that my Quantum unit is different from Okajima's?" Psycrossus looked on as a surge of power began to emerge from Koujin. At that moment a metal door opened and through the door stepped Kajima and Kenji. 'Huh, isn't that Imakarums' son? That's the kid whose cake I ruined. Something seems wrong with him.'

Kajima just looked at what was happening. He couldn't believe that Koujin hadn't succum to the effects of the crystal's. He looked at Psycrossus and the other remaining Zoanoids who just looked back and shrugged, suggesting that even they didn't know. That was when the hidden quantum power with Koujin exploded outwards in a fiery ball of energy.

(OOC: Guys, if you've seen Zoids Genesis then think of the background music that plays when Murasami Liger Evolts into Hayate and Mugen Liger. That's the music playing for Koujins Evolt. The fiery power licked at Koujin's armor ans a mixture of new energy began to cover his body. Instead of the usual blue and red it was now red and white. His armor began to change colour as it went from almost a pure black to a white colour with red and blue bands on the armor. His weapons also change. HIs HFS gained a more metallic look to them and so did the horn on his head. The fiery aura exploded off of him and the excess energy bathed all the infected people in the room, healing them all. Stages 1-3 were remitting and the people were returning to normal.

Kajima and the others looked on in horror as they now starred at a new type of Dark Quantum Guyver. This was a new form that not even the Creators had originally fixed into the armor. This was something different. The special crystals in the area had actually been messing with his Evolt system instead of his control metal functions. This was the Dark Quantum Guyvers' 'Paladine Form'. Koujin could feel the new power well up from within him. 'This power...is as great as War Form but more controled. It as if I can use War Forms true potential without the reprucussions of its draw back. This is amazing.'

A mental image then payed in Koujins head. What he say was actually a Creator. In an old language that was no longer existant on the Earth, the Creator spoke his message to Koujin and what amazed him more was that he understood everything he was telling him.

'Hello my creation. If you are seeing this message then you have found a way to tap into the full potential of your unit without having to access the Neo Form. This form that you are in now is called the Paladine Form. It has speed and power that can easily match the War Form. There is also no time limit with this form and it can reverse the dangerous effects of the crystals that we produced there long ago. Use this power wisely and do not let it consume you. As I stated before there is no time limit with this form but there is a set back with it.

Use it for to long and you will end up run the risk of possibly never being able to return to your original form...whatever that may be. This is not a truth but a possible speculation that could happen. None of my brethren know of this form except for me. I am the one who installed it in the unit. Unlike my fellows, I believe that the terrans we created have the potential to become great protectors. I pray that you use this new power wisely. Good luck.'

With that the message ended and Koujin finally understood the true power of his armor. He now had a new form and he could use it to protect. With that the new Paladine Guyver moved to where he looked like he had vanished. The next thing anyone knew, all the Zoanoids from the battle, except those standing next to Kajima, were sliced in half and killed instantly. All the formerly infected people began to come to and looked on at the white Guyver standing before them. They looked on in awe as the Paladine Guyver was aglow in a beautiful glow of white and red energy.

'What is this?! This was never recorded in the original documents we found on the Quantum Units! What is this?!' Kajima thought to himself frantically. That was when Kenji stepped forward and looked at the new Paladine Guyver. He gave a small sigh and then transformed into his Zoalord form. It looked identical to that of his fathers form, Imakarum, but slightly different. Koujin looked at the young Zoalord with concern. He didn't want to fihgt him but it looked like he had no choice. Things were about to get rough in a bad way.

OOC: OK guys, what does everyone think of the new Paladine Form? I'm not gonna post a bio on him as its power is basically the same as War Form just without the time limit. Koujin will only use this form though when he feels he has to. He'll mostly go with War Form mor than this one. Paladine was a spur of the moment idea and mostly just for this arc. Though we may see it again later down the road.

Alright, Kenji & BK, you turn.

Kenji laughs, firing a Gravity Bullet that clipped the weird-looking Guyver's right shoulder. "Tag, you're it!" he laughes, leaping over all the sleepy people and running out the far door. "Bet you can't catch me!"

[Toku Warrior]

Koujin looked at the retreating back of the young Zoalord with a dumbfounded look on his face under his armor. He placed his hadn near his shoulder where the gravity bullet connected, but was shocked to see it already healed. 'Whoa! Now that's what I call a healing factor. And the hit barely even hurt. This form definitely has its uses.'

With that in mind he turned his attention towards Kajima but was met with an empty door way. 'Damn, he escaped. Oh well, maybe X will run into him.' Koujin thought and was about to eave when he felt the tugging hand of a person on his own. He looked down and saw a little girl no older than 5 looking at him. In Russian, "Excuse me mister, but are you an angel who's come to help us?" she asked with a soft look on her face.

Koujin couldn't believe how low Kajima would go to even use a child as small as her in heavy labor. Koujin reached down and patted her on the head while messing her hair up a little bit.

"It's ok. I'm not an angel but I have come to help all of you." Koujin replied, surprisingly, in Russian. He never even took a class on how to speak the language and yet he knew it as well as his own. With that his two navi-sphere's appeared and teleported all of the healed people to a hospital in a town that wasn't under Chronos control.

"Well, time to find X. I think I'll stay in this form a little while longer until we're finished here." He spoke aloud to himself.

With that done, Koujin burst through the steel door down the hall way, tracking down his next target. The young Zoalord Kenji.

Hearing the heavy footfalls behind him, Kenji laughed as he sped up. "You're not going to catch me that easily, Mr. Guyver!"

TBH, I was growing tired of the DQG fanfic as i was losing interest in it but with the events in Russia I had to think of a post that would be good and then I thought of Paladine mode while listening to some Zoids music. Of course, this has now given me the chance to breathe new life into the DQG series. There will be one more form change and this will be something that has never happened to a Guyver before.

BK, I must thank you for thinking up the Russia Arc. But, alas, all good things must come to an end so we need to off Kajima within the next few posts so we can rejoin HyperBlade and Mr. McTaco.

Sadly, I must agree, but no need to worry, my grand master plan is drawing to a close and even though Kajima might not die so soon, my next post should set up the final set of battles.

Its funny, I initially planned for this arc to have something to do with apollyon, but as it grew my plan faded away. I came up with something really cool last night so if I free time tonight or tomarrow I'll post it. The end is near, and then I'll have to think of another arc...

OOC: As much as I'd love he return, I did like being in control of this arc. Well here I go:

Kajima, Alek, and Psycrossus waited as the elevator took them to the sub-basement level of the facility. The three exited and Kajima entered a security code and ordered Psycrossus to opened the 2ft thick door revealing a secret laboratory.

"Gentlemen, I know things bad," Kajima said as the three entered, "but Koujin and his friend have not hurt us beyond our power to recover."

"Sir," Alek said, "is it wise to pit Lord Kenji against the guyver? If anything were to happen to him Lord Imakarum would surely destroy us all!"

"That's the least he would do Alek," Kajima replied as he typed into a control panel, "but I wouldn't worry about Lord Kenji. Koujin couldn't bring himself to hurt people he'd never even met, he won't be able to hurt someone as innocent as little Kenji."

"But how developed are the little zoalord's powers?" Psycrossus asked, "can we even consider him a military asset?"

"Lord Jabir has that angle taken care of, but even so, we must have a back-up plan," Kajima replied. Kajima punched in a code and several panels on the wall opened revealing several cryo tanks and several syringes full of strange chemicals.

Alek and Psycrossus looked in awe as the people in the cyro tanks were stage 4 infected people and remains of the stage 5 subject. "Gentlemen, what are looking at is our back-up plan and the next phase in Chronos' evolution," Kajima said as he grabbed one of the syringes. "Alek, I need you to order the remains of the Alpha Legion Commandos and tell them they are to avoid the guyver and report here immediately," Kajima ordered, "But before then, allow me to show you the fruits of our labor."

Alek and Psycrossus looked in awe as they couldn't understand what was in the syringe.

"Now we all remember the innocent with our berserk friend," Kajim said as he pointed to the remains of the stage 5 infectee, "but after some trial and error with a few other subjects, Dr. Zarkov and created a perfect enhancer!"

"But sir! Are you telling us that you allowed more of these people to go beyond stage 4?!" Psycrossus asked.

"Of course! How else were to we study stage 5's full potential?!" Kajima snapped, "but like I said, out of the dna of the infected, we have managed to create the perfect zoanoid enhancer!"

"A zoanoid enhancer?" Alek and Psycrossus asked.

"Indeed, you see we know that in stage 3 a strange shift happens to the body," Kajima elaborated, "Zarkov and I confirmed that infection begins to create a new organism! And in stage 4, it begins to devour the body's main functions and life support systems! The brain begins to deteriorate and many of the hosts' traits are transferred to the organism. Finally in stage 5, the organism finishes its absorption and assumes control of the body and shifts it to own unique form. The strength and augmentation of the host is phenomenal, but Zarkov and I couldn't figure out how to get that into a zoanoid."

"Yes because zoanoids are immune to the infection," Psycrossus said.

"Not anymore!" Kajima smiled. The two were in shock, as far as the whole staff was concered, there was no way to change with the infection.

"So now if zoanoids can be infected, how are we to control the infection?" Alek asked.

"That brings me to my next point, you see Zarkov and could replicate stage 5 dna, but tweaking it proved to be difficult," Kajima replied, "So we stage 4 dna and artificially enhanced to a controllable stage 5."

"So its controllable but we won't the same enhancement," Psycrossus replied.

"The difference is minimal your powers will increase by at least 10 fold," Kajima replied.

"My god, do you know what this'll do for Chronos?!" Alek said

A mix of zoanoids and soldiers came down the elevator.

"Kajima sir, the Alpha Legion Commandos reporting as ordered," the commandos said.

"Or what remains," Psycrossus said, "fall in men!"

Kajima administered the syringes to the commandos, "Alright men if Koujin manages to get down here, then you are ordered to use what we call the Red Enhancement. Only then will we be able to defeat the Quantum!" The commandos raised their fists and were psyched for the upcoming battle.

"Alek," Kajima said as he handed Alek a syringe, "I have a special request for you."

"Sir?" Alek replied.

"Simply put, finish what Dr. Zarkov could not," Kajima smiled, "I believe that's well within your power."

"As you command Kajima sir," Alek replied with a smile, "but what will you do?"

"As a human, I have very little combat capabilities, but," Kajima replied as he put his hand to a hand print scanner revealing a cold storage case, "I have my own way to wage war!"

"Is that what I think it is?" Alek asked as he couldn't believe what he was looking at.

"Yes my old friend, the Red Quantum!"

OOC: Things are about to heat up in the Russian facility. With Koujin chasing after little Kenji, X rushing to his aid with the vital research data, and Kajima preparing for war a new crisis is on the verge. Can X get to Koujin in time? Just what data did he discover? What is Lord Jabir planning and how will Kenji be affected by his dasterdly plans? And is Kajima serious, does he really have a quantum unit of his own? The answers to these questions and more in the next post of The Guyver RP!!!!

OOC: Very nice BK. I am about to also demonstrate 1 of Koujins other 2 new abilities that he has currently unlocked. These were things I was thinking about while at work. I hope no one minds but most of my future battle scenes will involve a music background for a more dramatic feel and to help it move along much better. Thus, I will use another song for the next battle that I'm about to write.

Here we go. Kenji, I think it's time we did a little team up and showed the world just how powerful you really are when you go all out and why they shouldn't underestimate you. Also, I hope you don't mind but I'm gonna give him a little dialog in this post.

IC:

Kenji kept running through the hallway but was surprised to see that no one was around. He noticed a few blocks back that everyone was in a panic, as if something was about to happen. He then heard an explosion behind him and stopped to turn and see what was going on. What he saw was a group of Zoanoids being sliced in half by a stream of white and red quantum energy. The next explosion erupted from the ground about a 10 feet away from him. Kenji shielded his eyes and when the dust cleared he saw something that actually sent a small shiver down his spine.

Standing there in front of him was the DQG in Paladine Form, covered in the blood of Zoanoids and holding the now desolving corpse of his latest opponent in his hand. Koujin starred at Kenji and dropped the corpse, letting it finish its decomposing process alone. 'What in the world? This is the same Quantum Guyver that acted all nice to me last time met. He's changed.'

Koujin began to walk forward towards the young Zoalord and Kenji began to back away. He realized that this Guyver wasn't playing. He was fighting for real. 'It's just like father told me. Their killers!'

(Lower Basement)

X was running around frantically searching for Koujin. About a few moments ago his Creator tech started to act wierdly and informed him that something was wrong. This kind of thing only happened when a new change appeared in one fo the many energy streams of the universe. The way it was reacting made it clear that this time it was part of the Quantum Ether Stream. 'Damn it! Just what is going on! Koujin, you'd better still be alive.'

(Hidden Lab)

The ground began to shake and the monitors showed continuous signs of the blood bath that had been ensuing since all the remaining Zoanoids started to fight the DQG. Kajima bit his lower lip in frustration, drawing blood.

"Those idiots! I ordered them not to engage the Guyver!" Kajima yelled. One of his soldiers then turned to him with some inportant info.

"Sir! I have Lord Jabrir on the line sir!"

"Move! Lord Jabrir, we have had some trouble. But I'm about to end it all and make sure that the Guyver doesn't make it out of here alive." Kajima told his lord.

"You idiot! You need to get out of there now. Lord Imakarum has found out about Master Kenji being there and that the DQG is there as well. He's coming there now and if he finds out about what's been taking place there he'll have your hide. I order you to evacuate NOW!!!" Jabrir shouted of the intercom. With that the image cut out and the transmission ended.

Kajima growled in anger. 'How? How could all of our beautiful plans have been ruined?' That was when one of the Cryo-chambers began to shake violently. It contained a stage 4 infected person. Alek went over to check and was horrified at what he saw.

"Kajima sir! We have a problem!" Alek shoted to his commanding officer.

"What now?!"

"The S4 specimen is about to become a stage 5 abomination!"

"WHAT?! Everyone, clear out now!" Kajima ordered. Everyone headed for the elevator while Kajima grabbed the Red Quantum Unit. "I'll head to the final level and begin the final phase of the plan. NO matter what, do not be caught by anyone. We will meet again one day my comrades!" Everyone pumped their fist in the air with pride and they headed for safety. Kajima took the unit and headed to the final lower level to merge with the RQU.

Just as everyone left the lab, the door to the container burst open and a creature beyond all nightmare stepped out, howling a howl that would even make a Zoalord's blood curl. The creature sniffed the air and then sensed a meal up above itself. With a powerful thrusting jump it went through the cieling, heading towards its target.

(Outside the compound)

Everyone who was infected was immediately gunned down by all the remaining soldiers as they escaped. Just as the last soldier ran from the base a teleportation vortex appeared and out stepped Imakarum. "So this is the Russia Base. I can sense Kenji in there somewhere and also something even worse than a Guyver. Please don't let me be too late." Imakarum said to himself as he flew into the base.

(Back in the base)

Koujin's hyper sensors started to go nuts as he sensed an object approaching them at incredible speeds. Kenji looked at the Guyver and saw the two small silver orbs on his head move around, as if trying to locate something. 'Those must be the Guyvers' hyper sensors. That means that something bad or good is coming.' Kenji thought and then heard a voice shout out from around the corner.

"Koujin! Are you alright?!" X shouted out as he bound around the corner after locating the Guyver. That was Koujin was finally able to pinpoint the object coming at them. It was coming from right under......Kenji.

(Insert Song - Burst Mode)

Kenji looked down and Koujin lept for him. "Look out kid!" Koujin grabbed Kenji and jumped to the other side of the hallway. X dashed to their side and the three of them looked at a creature which was what nightmare were made of. It's skin was grey and slimy and blood seemed to ooze from its poors. It's head was somewhat similar to a humans but the teeth were raozr sharp. It had razor sharp projects o the top of its wrists. It looked at them three of them and howled, its saliva hitting the gorund and melting it like acid.

"What is that thing?!" Kenji asked.

"That's a stage 5 infected being." X told them.

"That's stage 5?! It's a monster. This thing scares me more that Archaphel does." Koujin replied.

"Wait, what's a stage 5 being? What is going on here exactly?" Kenji asked, a little confused. X looked at him and realized who he was immediately.

"Lord Kenji, what are you doing here?!"

"Lord Jabrir said that the Quantum Guyver was and that I could play with him. Then Kajima told me where to find him."

X knew this wasn't good. They were trting to kill the kid and make it look like Koujins fault. "Kid, listen. Those two set you up. They want you dea and then they'd pin the balme on the Guyver there. It's just to make Chronos look good and your father mad."

"But why? Why would they do this to me? What have I ever done to them?"

"They probably fear you. You might have a hidden power that they fear and want you dead so you won't destroy them in the future." Koujin told the young Zoalord. That was when the creature dashed towrds them. "Oh no! Run you guys!" The creature rammed into Koujin who held the monster at bay with all his might while Kenji and X jumped away.

(End insert song - Burst Mode)

That was when Imakarum came bursting through the wall. He saw Kenij stnading near X and then saw the Quantum Guyver battling a creature. "What's going on here?!" Imakarum shouted which got Kenji and X's attention.

(Insert song - Believer)

"Father!" Kenji ran and hugged his dad while still in his Zoalord form.

"Kenji-chan! Are you ok?! The Guyver didn't hurt you did he?!"

"No father, he actually saved me from that thing." That was when something happend that shocked everyone.

"BURST EVOLUTION!" Shouted Koujin and his armor glowed. A moment his body was covered in red, blue, white and black quantum energy streams. His body began to undergo a new transofrmation. The transformation then finished just as fast as it had begun. The energy exploded away and the others were stunned to see a Guyver looking beast in the form of big cat (think of a Liger).

"QUANTUM HOWLER!" Shouted Koujin as he then ran at a speed of mach 4 around the creature, mkaing it dizzy and causing it to lose it's balance.

"Amazing! I had no idea that the Quantum unit had that ability!" X exclaimed.

"It must be because of his Evolt system!" Imakarum.

"Sugoi!" Kenji shouted

Koujin then jumped infront of them and faced the down monster, baring his teeth. The gravity globes on his body glowed as an immense surge of energy formed in his mouth. The power it was letting off made Imakarum look at him in awe. The power was just as strong as that of the War Forms' quantum smasher.

"HOWLING SMASHER!!!" The energy erupted from the Quantum Howlers mouth like a megasmasher blast and hit the creature dead on. The blast subsided but everyone was surprised to see that the creature was not dead. Injured yes, but not dead.

"Looks like it'll take all of us to kill this thing." X proclaimed.

OOC: Ok guys, how was that? Let's send this stage 5 packing and fing Kajima for the final battle.

OOC: I'll be assuming multiple roles in this post if everyone doesn't mind. And I'll be introducing X's new ultimate move, you see every mode of the advent tech X has will have an ultimate move. Mirror Mode = Mirror Eruption/ Blade Mode = Radiation Spear/ ?=?. Enjoy!

Kajima and his men gathered in the emergency hanger, many of them looking at the ceiling in fear and shock. "Do you feel that?! He's here! Lord Imakarum is here!" Psycrossus shouted.

"All that means is that we have someone to cover our escape and the stage 5 creature's escape will also keep Koujin and his friend busy," Kajima replied, "ALEK!!!"

"Yes sir?" Alek responded quite worried.

"How long will it take to secure our escape?" Kajima barked.

"Unfortuanatly the ship seems in need of repairs, I can have it working in about 10 minutes," Alek replied.

"Ugh, you have 7," Kajima replied, "The good thing is, before everything went to hell Zarkov sent a copy of the research data and a sample to Lord Jabir in Japan so at least our research won't be a waste."

"What about the Red Enhancments?" the Commandos asked.

"Do you gentlemen honestly want to stick around and fight both the quantum and a pissed off Lord Imakarum?" Kajima asked, "You're welcomed to do so but realise this, only a guyver gigantic can defeat Lord Imakarum and the Quantum is powerful, but not that powerful."

"Plus there's stage 5 freak up there," Psycrossus added, "there as good as dead!" The commandos raised their fists in victory, "With all of the surprises that have happened so far, I wouldn't be surprised if Koujin finds his way down here...heh heh but that just means I get to kill that punk with the power of a god!" Kajim thought.

Back to the Fight:

(Okay for names sake I dud the creature "The Warp Beast" or WB) The WB rose to its feet and roared in anger as the damage seemed to only make in madder! The WB ran for Koujin wanting to finish what it started, but it was smacked away by one of Koujin's mighty new claws! "Enough pussy-footing around guyver," X shouted, "lets send this freak straight to hell! Radiation Spear" X's hand started to change from green energy to swriling purple and then X released a swirling stream of purple energy that hit the WB right in its chest, tunneling its way right through the monster! The beam continued to tunnel through the walls and even out of the base itself! "Guyver! Now's your chance, finish it!" Taking his cue Koujin used his HOWLING SMASHER again, this time hitting the creature, giving it no chance to guard and sent it flying throught the base, annihalating it! Soon the damage became to much for the base and it began to crumble!

Koujin reverted to his Paladine form and he and X both stared at Kenji and Imakarum. The two zoalords didn't know what to think, their enemies just saved them from a ferocious beast. Koujin looked at X, "Listen buddy, I know we came here to get some kind of data on Kajima but the place is falling apart, we gotta leave!"

"No!" X replied, "we can't let Kajima get away, and if you two plan to stop us then you;d best do it now...I;ve seen about all I can stand here. Kajima's more heartless than I thought and I won't let someone like that live! You can leave if you want Guyver, but I'm not leaving until Kajima's dead!" Seeing how serious X was Koujin agreed, he wasn't about to leave his friend behind. He too wanted revenge for the attrocities here, and Kajima must be made to pay! The two went onto the elevator and stared at Imakarum and Kenji as they were lowered to the sub-levels...

"Sir!" one of the commandos shouted, "the elevator from Block C is heading this way!"

"The its either them or Lord Imakarum!" Psycrossus replied.

"Either way, things are gonna get ugly," Kajima replied, "Alek how are those repairs coming?!"

"We have to wait for the ship to power up, I can;t get it online for another 5 minutes," Alek said "Its the best we can do sir!"

"All men prepare for battle!" Kajima ordered. The Alpha Legion Commados raised their arms and transformed, "Alek, my orders still stand," Kajima said, "The human has the data files we stored, kill him and destroy that data!"

"Easy!" Alek smiled as his suit tore and his body began to shift. His skin turned into a hardened battle chitin and two large pinchers jutted from the sides of his head. His hand grew into powerful claws and a second pair of sycthing talons grew from his back. Finally another appendage protruded from his back, but became encased in his beetle wings.

"It wasn't easy to convince Barcus to let you live old friend," Kajima said, "But not even the guyver can defeat you!"

"I agree sir," Alek replied as his transformation finished, "after all, they couldn't defeat my long range variant, Zx-Tole!"

"So there's no way they can defeat the close combat variant," Kajima said.

"The Hyper Lost Number and Captain of the Alpha Legion Commandos, Arc-Tole!" Arc-Tole shouted.

The doors opened and X and Koujin saw a dozen lost numbers and Kajima waiting for them, like they knew it would come to this. "Its time we settled this Kajima!" X and Koujin shouted as they exited the elevator.

"As do I my guests," Kajima replied, "As do I, Alpha Legion Commandos time to use you secret weapon!"

All of the zoanoids injected themselves and their bodies turned red and they howled in rage as they rushed the guyver!

The stage has been set, after all of hunting down, after all of secrets, and all of the battles with his men Koujin and X are ready to finally make Kajima pay for what he's done. But little do they know that Kajima is also a quantum guyver! Will Koujin and X be able to survive the assualt from the infected Alpha Legion Commandos? And even if they survive, how will they contend with Kajima himself? And what about Imakarum and Kenji? How will they react to the guyver saving them? These answers and more in the next post of the Guyver RP!

OOC: Not bad man. Don't worry folks. Koujin still has one FINAL move up his sleeve for new abilities.....I won't say as not even BK knows what it is. Also, keep an eye out for my sig as I'll be posting a side view head shot of the new Quantum Howler Form. I was watching Digimon Savers when I thought up of the transformation phrase.

The things that Koujin has been doing in the past 2-3 posts of mine aren't even in the Quantum Guyver fanfic but they'll make their way there.
