Added Time War Part 2 to the WG fan-fiction, Brian's section.

Note: As before this is the second part of the new Time War story arc. Part 3 will bridge the gap between this part and what used to be part 1. The old Part 1 is now part 4. Once the new Part 3 is done that will be rewrote next.

When I log on to the main site with the new update section, my iPhone has trouble be able to scroll down in that frame. No problem using a computer, just the iPhone. Though I mention that.

To follow on from McAvoy, the old front page, the one with the links to the sites in a diagonal list would be the best bet for using iPhones and other web devices.

Another usability issue would be with the fan-fic stories themselves. Making them more scalable to mobile devices would be nice, and it doesn't take much programming at all really. Less left-right scrolling would make it more easier to read the fics. Also, the format the fics are displayed vary from fan-fic to fan-fic, ie the format of the "Chronicles" compared to the format of "All things Change". A more uniformed look would be great.

I could be a git and say "Safari" isn't on my supported browser list (which tbh it isn't and I don't normally check the site on it). But as I also own an Iphone I've to admit it's painful seeing that huge updates page there. So I'll either fix the code or go for an easier option of making a smaller updates page to go into the front page. It'll be fixed in the next site update, though I've no idea yet when that will be.

Supporting Iphone's is about as far as I'll go outside IE8 + or Firefox. I'm old and only consider PC's/laptops webdevices. Everything else be dammed (and Iphones would be too though I bought one last year....)

The format of the fic's is something that will be fixed over time. As the rewrite takes hold more and more of it will look the same.

The most I'm thinking in terms of format changes, is the editing of the fic.

Stories wrote by me will be in Times font. When they are edited by James the font will be changed to Vernada or Arial. Apart from that and maybe a header on the top of the page for simple site controls all the fics will sooner or later look the same format wise.

Note: aprt from Time War, Rescue and large parts of All Things Change most of the re-writes will be a lot quicker to produce. It's just those stories needed the most added to make them work. Rescue for example simply doesn't work at all the way it is wrote now and needs a total re-write. Once that heavy stuff is done I can then focus more on site design and getting the look right.
