This is something I was working on ages ago before I found the WG site. Renewed interest has got me wating to work on it again so I made a quick draft datafile. In this story bio armors are worn, taken off and recharge in a regeneration caccoon. So here goes.

Armor type: Polymorphing fullerene composite which hardens into Ultra dense Ultra hard fullerenes upon Aura unique bio electric signaling.

Visual capability: Complete known spectrum viewing capability in cluding prototype design bio electric sensory (able to view the electric signals emitted by organic designs)

Audio capability: Auto noise reduction can reduce levels of 191 decibals to an acceptable level without any predicatble damage. Hyper sensitive organs should be able to pick up sounds in the range of 2 HZ to 175,000 HZ.

Armor weapons systems: Gauntlets are capable of generating bio magnetic bubbles to encase plamsa. These can be used for throwing or releasing using polar reversing discharge. The entire armor can produce this effect fully encasing itself in a five millimeter thick bubble or segmented bubble. This can be used as a shield to withstand extreme temperatures and random debree. Usage of this shield can jeopardise any medium which the unit touching. This shielding will also deflect other plasma type attacks of equal or lesser strength at a cost of depleting the shield. Segments along the outer arms, outer and frontal shins open and lock to form bladed barbs which can be used for puncturing or cutting. Three bards in each segment. Utilising the plasma shieling this can increase the potential of these barbs. Using the polymorphing effect the tips of the fingers and thumbs, toe and heal of the boots, and two claws along the outside and inside of each boot can extend forming five centimeter long claws. The three claws encasing the front of the boot increase traction for moving and climbing while the back is a straight claw to be used for puncturing.

Host interface: Unlike every known model of Bio armor this unit and host are merged as one. Host interface connected throughout the entire body.

Stamina: The host/unit stamina is declared by how much energy reserves are available.

Host unit fusion: This armor is designed to merge with my son Van Outsend. Shoul it merge with any other the armor with act as a normal armor and be removable and approximately 35% of the armors potential will be available. Upon merging with Van the caccoon with begin the process of altering both parts. This process will take approximately nine months. Once complete the armor will reside within his body in a gelatenous state beneath the skin and among the muscle fibers hindering the body to approximately 25% total output. All of armors functions will be available at any time except the magnetic field and plasma generators. Upon activation micro muscles will open seems in the skin allowing the gelatenous armor to pour out and take shape. Bio electric stimuli directing the entire process. The flesh remains open beneath the air tight seal of the armor. Once activated the muscle fibers will no longer be hindered and 100% output can be achieved.

Van will have two hearts contained in a bony construct between the ribs and spine.This construct will keep the lungs stabilised and house a secondary control organ. The secondary brain will retain the hosts conscious and be backup for controlling the primary organs in order to ensure any major damage can be regenerated. Should the need arise the construct can generate the plamsa field severing itself from the rest of the body to save the self. Regeneration rate and parts regenerated will be dependant on resources available and need to obtain more.

Within the lower torso organs will be generated to allow host to run tests to modify itself. Sample cells from the body can be merged with newly created cells to check for compatability and success of modification.

All functions can be controlled by the host at will.

Story synopses:

Van is the son of Victor and Erika Outsend. Victor having achieved mastery of bio mechanical engineering made his way to bio armor engineering manager. Among his connections he soon discovered a conspiracy to revive the Altrean empire. A system that nearly brought the human race to extinction and thought to be long dead. Not sure who to turn to he showed his wife Erika, a chemical engineer for the same company his evidence. Not sure of what to do he devised a plan to create a super soldier to fight this threat. After months of planning he had formed what he thought to be the base for his soldier. The only problem was the soldier needed to be created from birth. The two agreed they would have a child and engineer its development as needed. The third trimester began and Erika started having doubts. Out of depseration she packed some things and left home not leaving Victor any clue as to where she was going. Only a note saying she was sorry but this was their child. Not an experiment.

25 years later Van is a grown man of enormous proportions. He uses the excuse of gigantism to explain his size. Having 4 times the normals neruons he obsorbs knowledge quickly and has surpassed his parents knowledge but has not the opportunity to put it to use. Growing up in the streets he has learned to defend himself though it is usually not necessay as he is able to deadlift 2200lbs and he usually pushes away any irritants. In his 23 year he had discovered where his father lives and began contact. Now fully grown he has decided to see what his father is like and ventures to visit him. His father is missing when he arrives but clues about the manor lead him into the caccoon where his transformation begins.

Good ideas there, although i do think something similar to what you're describing used to exist in GWOTG universe; eg, Neo Guyver Gunslinger armor or the commando armors.
