Tell me, can anyone guess where I got some of the names for my characters from? Especially those of the order? Just a neat exercise to see if anyone does any research behind my characters other than their cool guyver powers and such?

Well here I go.

Anubis-The Egyptian jackle god of death but he was originally the god of the underworld.

Alexandria-The city of Alexandria named after Alexander The Great.

Zagam from what I can tell is a drug used in bacterial infections.

Baphomet is an idol or image of uncertain provenance.

Malice is one of two things one he's a character from a marvel comic or he's a demon from the book The Demonata.

Ereshkigal-From Mesopotamian mythology was the goddess of Irkalla, the land of the dead or underworld. Sometimes her name is given as Irkalla.

Well that's it for now I hope I'm right well only Allen can tell.

Anubis- Correct

Alexandria- Correct, but there is more to it.

Zagam- WAY off!

Baphomet- True, but wrong context.

Malice- I didn't actually name Malice, I believe from speaking to the maker that Malice was meant for his utter contempt in life.

Ereshkigal- Correct

Here we go with Zagam:

Zagam - Grand king and president of infernal regions. Said to change things into its opposite. Demon of counterfeit

As for Baphomet, I think we discussed his origin, or the meaning of his name before the hacker incident. My guess is you refer to Aleister Crowley's approach in which he is portrayed as a magical child and a union of oposites, a personification of chaos.

Zagam is not a personification of Chaos, Lost Soul is indeed correct. Some texts suggest Zagam is also a demon of alchemy, turning lead to gold and such similar activities. Hence the name of a Matrix-bonded creature.

Baphomet is also known as a Beast Lord in some texts in Hebrew I believe, I'd have to look it up. Do don't quote me.

Hmm, yea i guess that would describe zagam best in relation to that demon.

Wasn't Baphomet also associated with the Templars who people believed they worshiped? I believe he was depicted with the head of a goat n pentagram n all that jazz.
