ADV is going to be having a Guyver Fan-Art contest towards the end of the year. (in December I think) Top 5 winners will get an Art box and autographed DVD volume 2 of the new series. (I dunno who they are having autograph it yet, I will have to ask em) I dont have all the info yet but I will post the contact info and all that jazz on my site soon as I know more.

Unlikely. Very unlikely.

First of all, Brian/Sully doesn't even come here anymore, let alone work on anything new. Plus his art really wouldn't be within the acceptable ranges.

Personally, I WILL try my luck, and do a piece for it... but since it's far too early to commit to anything, without hearing the guidlines for the contest.

That being said, I am not holding my breath. I am very jaded when it comes to contests, especially official ones. Most of the time they lower their judging standards, and the more "professional" looking pieces get thrown aside, for some "crappier" pictures, from more "normal" artists.

I remember the Tekkaman Blade 2 DVD from Urban Vision from loooong ago... that was a big upset, because most of the works on there that won, suck so badly >_>

I swear, if even 1 traced/copied piece of work wins, I am giving up on original art for good, and I will start tracing/copying everything I do.

But Matt what about that contest you entered awhile ago you did good on it, didn't you? That and almost all of your work seriously kick arse.

First off before anyone gets jumpity I know this is a dubble post but I was just curious to see if anyones heard anything about the contest and all so please for give the dubble post.

I don't mind a bump here and there, just don't go overboard with them.
