you should do an Haptom4.gif -Omega, and a g1.gif -Guyot ryuki. I think that would be really cool to see. As far as the coolest g1.gif that would be g2.gif hands down! Nice work everyone, I really like seeing the emoticons.

ha ha ha, how could i do that, we haven't even had one in the manga !!

although the thought of doing omega :Haptom4: is an interesting one.

hmm, i think it would be a lot of work though.

G2F was actually more work than i initially expected.

well, watch this space.

depending on time, I may come up with something.

oh wow that's awesome!

i'm very curious btw, what are your references for these? do you do them from scratch based on other images?

specifically this latest one, i don't think there are many direct frontal images of Val are there?

  • Author

yeah there is, in the datafile.

anyway, there is not any referencing involved really.

it's just a matter of tracing the original image, and then adapting the resulting lines to a more simple style.

i did consider saving the high resolution image of this but i guess i did not do it.

it would look just like takayas image but with a lot of the smaller lines merged and a fair few lines removed.

also some of the smaller but important lines are drawn in a shade in between purple and black to give the impression of being thinner.

:g2f: - superb! :hearts:

 Just testing to see how awesome they are together:
