Guest Posted May 28, 2004 Posted May 28, 2004 I have the japanese manga of the guyver books 8-19 and it looks like Agito is getting more and more volatile. He has always had his own agenda but it looks like he may be in over his head. I mean facing off against 3 zoalords?! I am beginning to wonder if he will even survive the whole guyver saga that we have come to love. I mean Sho has died how many times, 3? If anyone can feel me in on any plot elemants I would appreciate it. Sorry if this topic has been brung up before or if I posted it in the wrong discussion. Quote
Guest Posted May 28, 2004 Posted May 28, 2004 Agito isn't off his head, he's just arrogant and thinks he invincible but keep in mind he'll have serious change of mind when he runs out of energy and his gigantic unit disappears Quote
guyverfanatic Posted May 28, 2004 Posted May 28, 2004 He's already killed Zentsui in vol. 21. One down, two to go. Quote
Guest Posted May 28, 2004 Posted May 28, 2004 Maybe guyver 3 will die and aptom will take his power and then will have a aptom guyver think of the power Quote
Guest Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 By the way, which powers do you think Aptom would get by becoming a guyver ? Quote
Guest Posted June 1, 2004 Posted June 1, 2004 Something to keep in mind about Takaya he always has a trick or two up his sleave. He jerks hes fan base around worse than the developers of Kingdom Hearts. Okay that being said. Let us look into the mind of our favorite sociopath world conquror Agito. Agito isn't a fool and will not be treated as such he knows of the Zoalord presence and is aware that he must be cautious regardless of his outward arrogance. He thinks stratigically before any opporation. Sho on the other hand thinks very well in battle, however Agito is the same in this respect. Agito plans every move he makes. He is so paranoid that he is at the ready at all times. Now, with the psycho analisys out of the way let us look at what he would do in a given situation with a Zoalord or Zoalords. He keeps track of as many as he can and fights them both individually and as a group. Is Agito in over his head? Possibly, if he were on his own. But we know this not to be the case. He has the Libertus Zoanoids and Sho. I do not know if APtom is an ally at this point. Remember Agito has a cirtain knack for turning a disadvantage into an advantage. Quote

Have to disagree there, Hideo Kojima that makes Metal gear Solid does the best job of mind jerking, but anyway........ As Weltall said I seriously doubt if Agito is as seriously outnumbered or done as we think, he's already killed one and I think there's a fair chance he'll kill another before he's done. I also think he does have something planned as he is just the gu and also you shouldn't forget the Zoalord Schizu (is it her, also the spelling is maybe wrong) is also on his side not to mention the Libertus and Sho who I think is battling Aptom at this time as he's being forced to fight with control from those Zoalords, with that said if another is killed he may decide to retreat because he won't want to fight Gigantic dark alone not to mention the Libetus and Schizu if Agito calls for them. Guest Posted June 1, 2004 Posted June 1, 2004 You guys have good points. I am just concerned about him useing up the energy reserves of the gigantic armor. But I think he would have to use something as draining as the super mega smashers to do that. One thing I do wonder is that if one day Agito will turn on Sho. Quote
Guest Posted June 1, 2004 Posted June 1, 2004 Depends Agito is not static he is much like Dr. Doom. A lot of Agitos behavior can be chalked up to his adoptive father (or Uncle I believe) right there you have enough psychological trauma to keep a shrink busy for the rest of their lives. Quote

No Agito isn't psychologically traumatized, he is just power hungry Quote
*Jess♥ Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 agito has a one track mind. He wants what's inside the relic(poss. another gigantic unit) and will stop at nothing to get it. zoalords? what are they? Quote
Guest Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 zoalords? what are they? Drag-5 I'm not being rude or anything, if I am then I apologise but are you trying to say that you have no idea what a zoalord is....................... Quote
*Jess♥ Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 Sorry my bad its what agito was thinking i forgot the ""! Quote

When I read drag-5's post I thought he was saying "Zoalords? What are they?" is "Zoalords? What are they? HA! They're nothing to Agito!" I thought he was saying that Agito is so determinted to win that the Zoalords are nothing to him. Or mayber drag-5 doesn't know what a Zoalord is. I dunno. Quote
Guest Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 In that case it was me that was wrong and yous are absolutely right. Ha, what are Zoalords to Agito!!!! Quote

Sho is not Agito's ally anymore. Agito is done using him, and pulling the Gigantic off of him 2 times when fighting ( Aptom as Team 5 and vs Purgstall) doesn't make for good friends. Quote
