H222G981 Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 (edited) I've noticed that most anime characters are in high school the whole duration of the series. Some anime characters are only in high school or some thing happens to have them drop out based on events in the show. I'll give a few examples... Great Teacher Onizuka Love Hina Bleach Guyver:The Bioboosted Armor Rahxephon Neon Genesis: Evangelion So on and so forth. You get the idea. I'm just wondering if the artist is having a mid life crisis and wanted to have characters portraying teens and tweens in school. Edited February 11, 2015 by Jupiter Knight Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Most shows or manga are aimed at a High school, or older audiences who went to high school etc... Because they can feel that their readers can have a possible connection to the characters and/or setting, which makes them much more involved with the show, and more likely to like it. Quote
