More like the way the story's plot is leaning to the possibility that Jenova is the true villian, and Sephiroth's last actual evil would be him stabbing Cloud in Nibelheim.

Wasn't Sephiroth reborn in the crater? And didn't he have clones that Jenova spawned?

Posted

I kinda liked the evil scientist who created  the reborn Vincent. He's got a bit more depth than just madness. But then again, Sephiroth is filled with so much badass and so much cool factor.

Weren't Sephiroth's clones and their leader Kadaj trying to revive him through Jenova in FFVII-Advent Children?

Posted

Well, they weren't clones. Cloud and others who were infected with the same life force are essentially extensions of Jehovah.  Vincent called them Papua to become another Sephiroth, even Cloud could of turned into him, but they aren't clones. More like a virus that mutates your DNA into what is Sephiroth. Doesn't make a lick of sense, but that's what they wrote.

Oh yeah, that makes sense. Now I remember that from FFVII Crisis Core. Didn't they call it geostigma?

Yup, that's the name of the decease. It apparently kills you over time if you reject it.

Seymour Gaudo of Final Fantasy X was pretty twisted. He wanted to slaughter everyone in the entire world of Spira by becoming the next Sin. He was killed by Yuna and her gaurdians only to come back as an unsent to full fill his goal, and try to force Yuna into submission by making himself the Final Aeon. Instead he was absorbed into Sin and into the Undead City, full filling his wish to be apart of Sin. As an Unsent/ Undead he was responsible for the deaths of many people, and he killed a majority of the Ronso Tribe which caused a feud between the Ronso and the Guado; since during the time he was alive, he was the leader of the Guado. He and Maester Mika were responsible for his father's death, which allowed him to become a Maester. Seymour blamed his father for his mother's death, and her becoming a Fayth so he could return to Guadosalam. His mother was supposed to be his Final Aeon, but he didn't want to use her on Sin, knowing she would become the next Sin and he would die. Instead he used his Aeon to further his own self goals and desires. Murdered anyone who got in his way including his father, and tried to murder Yuna when he didn't get what he wanted. After Seymour died. He quit using his mother's Aeon and relied more on his Necromage abilities and took pleasure in killing people. He felt he had a sense of Immortality. His quotes consisted of ' Life is only a passing dream, but the death that follows is eternal" and "Death Awaits you". Seymour idolized Lady Yunalesca as she was his role model and inspiration. Little did anyone know. Lady Yunalesca was responsible for the deaths of millions of people as she was only feeding Yevon more power; that and she was Yevon/ Sin's daughter.

Good summary. I actually respect as a villain and probably one of the best ones Final Fantasy has to offer. Though my favorite in the FF series is actually Vayne, who's actually an anti-villain because his goals are to free all species from the control of false gods. But it doesn't make him that great a villain, just a tragic failure in how he goes about it.

Next up. Heihachi Mishima. Okay, I know, he looks and sounds ridiculous. He's comically stupid at times, and often comical. But Who isn't in Tekken? What makes him so good as a villain is that he so freakin tough, the cog in the gears of all the conflict and pain in the series. He's the guy who threw his son off a cliff (and later into a volcano!) shot his grandson, murdered countless people, beat and trapped his own father in a basement until he died so he could steal his wealth, and to top it off, he's so evil that the Devil Gene doesn't take hold of his body like it does the rest of his family. You have to be one hell of an evil bastard when evil the Devil's power is subdued by your own evil. O_o He get's bonus points for his funny methods of killing relatives in Tekken Endings. Examples:

Note the space sandals with the second one. XD

He seems like an evil bastard, lol. Seems most bad guys like this guy and Richard Guyot get away with murder.

Another Final Fantasy villain is Barthandelus. The Falcie  or a deity ruler of mankind. Much like a zoalord in terms of control. Falcie have full dominance over man because Fal' Cie can process a human into a  Pulse L'Cie ( which becomes their champion.)

Barthandelus is heartless and sinister, viewing humans as tools to achieve his ends and would not hesitate to exploit their weaknesses — and their strength — to his advantage. He mourns for the state of the world, expressing numerous times that Cocoon's people suffer and that the l'Cie are only prolonging that pain by choosing not to follow their Focus to destroy Orphan. Ultimately, he is a ruthless nihilist who wishes to see Cocoon destroyed so he and his fellow fal'Cie can be reunited with the Maker, Lindzei. All Fal'cie's are gods born of Lindzei. Their all maker.

So, in god terms. I'm not sure whether Barthandelus is truely evil or a villain as he was only fulfilling a phrophecy and setting the events of FFXIII sequel in place. I don't think a God can be evil considering everything they do is for a purpose. He takes the form of a priest or pope and runs the government in Cacoon and has full dominance over the world.

Baby from Dragon Ball GT

BebiDBHArt2.png

Baby is the last serviving member of the Tuffle race who once shared their home planet with the Saiyans (the race that the main character of the Dragon Ball series belongs to). The tuffles where wiped out by the saiyans many years ago when under the light of the full moon the saiyans transformed into their monstrus Oozaru forms, ending the stalemate of the war between the to races. However befor the war reached it climax the tuffle murged the DNA of their king with a prasitic organism and shot it into space. Many years later while hunting for the Black Star Dragon Balls Goku, his grandaughter Pan and Trunks came into conflict with the Machine Mutant Empire led by Dr. Myuu. After fighting thier way through Dr Myuu's minions the heros found Myuu's ultimate creation the life form he called Baby. At first Baby seemed to be an even match for the trio but afte a brief struck they destroid him...or so they thought. A peice of Baby had latched onto the escaping Myuu and infected his body. Once Myuu was safe Baby burst out of his body, afterwards revealing that he had created Dr Myuu to help in with rebirth. For a time Baby stalked Goku and company but eventually made his way to earth. Here he hunted down all of the serviving saiyans and half-saiyans finally settaling Vegeta's body makeing him his permanent host.

Baby_Vegeta_Form_1_by_dbzataricommunity.

After this Baby began infecting the entire human race, turning them into his fanatically loyal slaves. When Goku and company returend home after their search was completed they here ambushed by their own families. Trunks who had previously been infected by Baby fell under the villians influance and Goku appired to have been killed by Baby. Pan was able to escape and went into hiding with her other grandfather Mr Satan and Majin Buu. During this time Vegeta's body slowely began to change to resemable Baby's true form.500px-Super_Baby_vegeta_2.png

Victories Baby's next step was to use the Black Star Dragon Balls to recreate his home planet near earth. Baby then began to selecting humans to travel to the Tuffle planet, at this time Pan and others snuck onboard one of the diparting ships, After traveling to the Tuffle planet Pan tried to break Baby's influance over her perant but was nearly stangled to death by her own father Gohan (Goku's son) but was saved by Goku's student Uub who had managed to avoid being infected. While Baby battled Uub Gohan, his younger brother Goten and Trunks jumped to Baby's defence only to be blasted by him for getting in the way and being of no more use to him now he had become so powerful. Despite his best efferts Uub was defeated by Baby, all hope seemed lost untill Goku returend haveing been saved at the last second by the Supreme Kai. After training with the Kai's and with a little help from earth acting as a full moon Goku was able to tranform into a Super Saiyan 4 and quickly gaind the upper hand on Baby. However Bulma (a long time friend of Goku's and Vegeta's wife) developed a Blutz Wave amplifier (Blutz Waves are a type of energy created when a stars light is reflected off of a moon or planet at night, this energy is what causes saiyans become Oozaru) and used it on Baby.

Baby+Oozaru.JPG

After transforming Baby seemingly lost control of himself and went on a rampage killing many of his followers however it turned out that he had simple being play-acting to catch Goku off guard. Now on a more even playing field Baby attacked Goku with reckless abandon, fireing attacks without any regard for his followers even going so far attack them on perpus just to anger Goku. He then fires an uncharged Super Galick Gun at the earth, killing even more of people then threaten to fire a fully charge one (which would destroy the planet) should Goku try to dodge. Taking the full brunt of the attack Goku is immobalised and Baby prepares to fire a fully charged attack at Goku, killing him and likely destroying the Tuffle planet at the same time. Fortunately a previes, seemingly ineffective attack made by Goku early kicks in stopping Baby from fireing his attack. After a lenghy battle Goku defeats Baby and forces him out of Vegeta's body. Baby then makes a desperate attempt to escape, abandoning his followers despite the fact they would fight to the death to protect him. Goku fire a Kamahamaha at Baby's ship pushing it into the sun, uterly destroying the villian.

While the Dragon Ball series has its fare share of truly evil and sadistic villians Baby stand to me as being the worst of them even when compared to Frieza or King Piccolo. While other have a higher body count then him Baby willing slaughters hundreds if not thousands of his followers without a seconds though. The reason Baby infects people is to turn them into the new tuffle race, he honestly belives that he doing good by uniting everyone under one banner yet at the same time view them as expendable slaves. His followers worship him like a god (they are constanly cheering him on even after he's killed so many of them) and twists them into dark versions of them selfs. Under his influance a once loving father will strangle his own child to death without hestiation and Baby will just site back and watch rather then infecting the girl and letting her be with her family. This guy is a true basterd.

Ej Dimera off Days of Our Lives. He’s as devious and deadly as they come, and a real chip of the old block. His father is Stefano. EJ’s monstrous crimes have included murdering a cop (Officer Eve Michaels), torturing and brainwashing Steve, forcing Sami to have sex with him, and shooting John at point blank range. Really bad guy.

The Grand High Witch from the movie "The Witches"

God was she aweful... not just in disgusting looks. Her entire existence is to simply kill children. To murder them, and does so in creative ways. She's also fairly cruel to any who oppose or even irritate her as she instantly burned alive another which just for questioning her.

Lady Yunalesca of Final Fantasy X.  Around the time her father Yu Yevon created Sin, Yunalesca and her husband Zaon were said to have escaped Zanarkand's destruction. According to Maechen, motivated by her desire to protect Spira from Sin, Yunalesca argued with Bevelle to provide a means to temporarily dispose of Sin in return for her father to be honored, thus establishing the Yevon religion. Dying after using Zaon as the fayth of her Final Aeon, the unsent/undead Yunalesca took residence in the Zanarkand Dome where she greets the summoners at the end of their pilgrimage and explains the fundamentals of the Final Summoning: a guardian who has a strong bond with their summoner must be sacrificed to create the fayth for the Final Summoning.

I have to say she's a villain because she created a Cult Religion around her father and made a pointless system to make people believe that they kill Sin for 10 years at a time before it respawns and comes back. She has manipulated Summoners and their guardians for over a thousand years, telling them that if they do the Final Summoning, which is where the guardian dies to become the Final Aeon and the Summoner dies after summoning the Aeon to kill Sin. It was really, just a pointless sacrifice. The Final Aeon than controlled by Yu Yevon, who becomes the next Sin, the guardian who becomes the Final Aeon is possessed by Yu Yevon, who suffers until the next Summoner summons the next Final Aeon; setting them free.
