8rucel33 Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 At what point do you think Chronos developed the modern processing tank, and how were zoa-forms processed prior to the modern era? As far as we know, Guyot was the only Zoalord shown to be processed in a modern processing tank, but all the other zoalords are hundreds of years old, what were they processed in? Archanfel I presume was processed in a pod, like the one in the left over relic on the island of silha, but since these pods only existed there and only Archanfel, barcus and imakarurm know of the island, again, how and where were the other lords processed? *V Guyver Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Barcus probably was processed by Alky, and might of been given the first processing lab by Alky. He couldn't replicate it en mass at the time, but over the centuries cronos eventually mass produced them. So let's list it as I see it, add and remove as you see fit.1. Alky likely processed Barcus2. Barcus is the first processed Zoalord since Alky3. Barcus leaves the island and never tells any other beings about it.4. Since subsequent zoalords never new of Alky's island it's safe to assume they were processed over the centuries outside the island.5. Barcus had to of been given or built his processing tank. Likely alky gave it since that technology was beyond his capabilities at the time as far as we know.6. Barcus eventually finds Zoalord worthy men, and transforms them 1 by 1 over the centuries.7. Eventually Chronos is founded, and years later the development of processing tanks en mass comes to fruition. 8. Everything hit's the fan when Zoalords start to rebel. Quote
*Jess♥ Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 remember what happened when barcas merely gave the zoacrystal to waferdanos. it compressed his energy and allowed him to reduce his form. the zoacrystal has some amazing properties even with minimal to no processing. I don't know that it could just work with a human, but I suspect archanfel had minimal knowledge of science. he must have had know how of putting the zoacrystal in such a way that it would prolong life and give mental abilities. I do not think the ability to use advanced processing tubes came about very quickly. evidently, cronos was ahead of the rest of the world in this kind of science, but I doubt it would have been so far ahead so early on. I believe purgstall and shin would have had to have been processed in the 20th century. Quote
*V Guyver Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 There is that possibility, that becoming a Zoalord didn't require that equipment. Maybe prolong the life, and eventually they gained battle forms when the technology came along. One has to wonder, also, was it safe? Was there a chance the processing could be fatal? Considering how much effort and testing we saw for Guyots Form. I'm guessing there are some risks involved. That's just me thinking though...Hey, just remembered. Didn't we first see alky on Silha Island in a processing tank/pod when Barcus first found him? It lends credence to that being the origin if my memory isn't wonky here. Quote
Guyver0 Posted September 28, 2013 Posted September 28, 2013 I'm inclined to agree that the Zoalords were first given Zoacrystals to prolong their lives and then had their battle forms created for them in the 20th Century and yes when Barcus first discovered Archenfel he was in a Processing Tank that was in one of the destroyed Uranus ships. However back to the idea of was it safe? I mean yes there had to be trial and error especially with Zoanoids and subsequently many had died even in the modern times when optimization was "perfected", but what about Zoalords? I mean were there candidates suitable to become Zoalords but died during early optimization? 1 Quote
*V Guyver Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Story wise that would be awesome if it were the case. It might mean that Barcus had some other candidates in the past. Other possibilities are if there were even some revoked crystals on alky's part. Quote
