wow, that is pretty freaky!

looks like this guy was practicing modelling muscle groups in zbrush.

I'm not a big fan of zbrush to be honest, it is hard to model efficiently with it, I think it is best only for surface details for use in normal maps etc.

but it is certainly nice to look at. :Haptom1:

I think that is the overall key to getting very professional models though, not to mention it saves you a lot of polygons. In the end it actualy makes the engine running the damn thing better since it doesn't need to render more poly's.

The artist was afraid his work would be mistaken for Majin Buu instead of Guyver. His more updated pic have the image finnaly reaching it's true appearance. In time it will be finished with textures and colors, then it will truly awesome. I really wonder how much of it is going ot resemble the guyver in the end.

I wonder if he'll ever do a Kamen Rider.

Edit: Which reminds me, didn;t you use that same tool to work on the skin of a gregole model once?

not that i remember.

another member on here was working on a gregole with zbrush i think. it was a while back now and he hasn't posted in a while so I can't remember who. but the thread should be easy to find.
