I'll be editing this step by step. Comparing the English wiki and the Japanese wiki of Hurricanger, I can see major differences, mostly the Japanese Wiki is much more comprehensive.

well that is quite incredible.

i think it would be incredible if we can get more detailed information that wikipedia.

I'm definatrely going to keep an eye on this and lend you some assistance where i can.

Well, I would really appreciate the correction of spelling and grammars, not to mention some of the official names. It's interesting to know that there are certain tidbits here that were not mentioned anywhere else. Like the first syllables of the 3 main Hurricangers name forming the word "Shi-no-bi".

There's a question regarding the usage of ninja ranking that I would like to inquire.

I actually first encountered these ranks while watching Naruto a few years ago. The Gennin, Chuunin and Jounin.

I came to understand that we are translating for the benefit of those who have no semblance of Japanese Culture, thus we are completely translating all translatable Japanese names. So here are some of the suggestions that I made:

Jounin - Ninja Master

Cuunin - Ninja Commander

Gennin - Low Rank Ninja

Feel free to edit, but I'm going use the English equivalent in the wiki.

Additional info, I'm currently working on the Space Ninja Jakanja section.

This will be my last update for the day. Finished up to the Shinobi Machines of the Hurricanger. Also note that I used Hurrier instead of Harrier. Judging from the naming convention of the series, I would say that the used the root word for Hurry. Please feel free to edit any spelling and grammar corrections.

I agree with these things that you mentioned.

in the first instance of magerappa that we had in hurricanger, I put that down as 'low ninja' so if you think that is more suitable we could use that, but it's no big deal IMO.

Another issue that I would like to ask. The word Ougi (奥義). This literally translates to Secret or Mystery. But instead I will be using Succession Technique in some instances like that for Hurricane Red and Hurricane Yellow. The reason behind this is that the term "Ougi" is usually used to describe the final technique passed down to every martial arts student to make him a master. Thus the term Succession Technique. Besides, "Hayate School Succession Technique" sounds much cooler than "Hayate School Secret".

An example of this is Rurouni Kenshin. If you have watched it, his "Ougi" or "Succession Technique" is "Ama Kakeru Ryu no Hirameki", which upon learning it will make him as powerful as his Master.

Yes, that's a good one. I will use Final secret in the other instances, but I will retain succession techniques to those personal ninja arts.

Also, will be finished with the earth ninja weapons soon. LOL at Heavenly Roaring Thunder Whirlwind God. (that's hella long)

Alright, I think I'm done with the important parts. I'm going to leave the rest as is since I don't think there's any relevant information in the ones that I haven't translated. Besides, I need to do something else.

Also, please feel free to edit the names, spelling and grammar as I'm not sure if the terms I used are consistent all throughout.

i had to split this page as it was too large to edit effectively.

when doing a spell check, my browser was throwing out all the data and clearing teh page.

so i created a separate page for characters and a separate page for equipment/techniques.
