WarriorZoalord Posted June 10, 2008 Posted June 10, 2008 Are they possible? and if so,m what kind of abilities do they have? just out of curiosity because I was reading some old fanfics I found on rec.arts.anime.creative a while back an one of them was a Ranma 1/2 crossover where Ryoga (he turns into a pig when hit by cold water, for those who don't know about that one) and could use the guyver in his animal form. Being they are structured different than humans, If its indeed possible, what owuld you think they could or couldnt do compared to their humanoid counterparts? Quote
McAvoy Posted June 11, 2008 Posted June 11, 2008 Depends on what you mean by non-humanoid. Do you mean totally alien? Do you mean Earth-home-grown animals? It all depends if the Guyver unit has programming in it to what it can bond with. Can it bond to adog for example, or do they have too little brains for the unit to work with. Likewise with aliens. What kind of brain do they have? Is it similar or totally different to a human's brain? Can the unit bond to non-carbon based lifeforms. Quote

If I recall, arent the creators like energy based and practically formless unless they are with a unit? remember, they were originally designed for creator use, so if they were used successfully on a human, that would mean that they could bond to a whole slew of things. and i basically meant anything didnt walk on two legs/have two arms. you know, look vaguely humanlike in appearance or mannerisms. *zeo Posted June 12, 2008 Posted June 12, 2008 If I recall, arent the creators like energy based and practically formless unless they are with a unit? No, it's just that we were never shown anything but a mental image of the Creators and that was represented by their CM's floating in the air, since they were all in mental communication with Archanfel. Officially we have no idea what they looked like but nothing about their technology suggest they were energy beings, rather it's far more likely they were organic beings. Quote
McAvoy Posted June 14, 2008 Posted June 14, 2008 I agree. Whoever came up with the idea of Creators as energy beings has watched too much Star Trek or SG-1. Energy beings would not create organic based space armor. They'd be more creative than that. Quote
