Guest Posted June 3, 2004 Posted June 3, 2004 There's a few things I always wanted to know how to get to, so here goes (hopefully I'm in the right section). Scans from the manga. Translations. Scans from that "anatomy of the guyver". Any help would be appreciated. Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted June 3, 2004 Posted June 3, 2004 Scans - Won't find any of them here. Talking about them is also very wrong. Go buy the books, and support Guyver if you want them. Translations - So far, only one person has stepped up and got Book 8 translated, but you need to own Book 8 to view them. Anatomy pic - No one has scanned it, and I doubt they will. I know I don't want to ruin my Data Files book. Quote
Guest Posted June 3, 2004 Posted June 3, 2004 Yep, my site has vol 8 translations (advent data base). I think it's Guyver Raziel that has vol 9 translated from the Italian. In keeping with copy right, and supporting the artist, as soon as Chiang Yi releases their ENGLISH VERSION of vol 8, I will be taking my translations of vol 8 down. Just think, in under a year we will be able to start reading the rest of the series in english! (does a little dance) All we have to do is order it from whatcomics Quote
guyverfanatic Posted June 3, 2004 Posted June 3, 2004 My Taiwanese buddy is goiong to translate the Chinese manga for me as soon as it arrives. and I got the Chinese version of Visual Datafiles which he will translate too. So we'll be able to read them soon enough. Now I just need someone to host them when they are done. Quote

I don't think thats going to be much of a problem with the amount of people on this board that have websites. Quote

One thing to note though, putting up translated info is one thing, putting up complete scans of EVERY PART of a book is another. That is basically not allowed and if you want to see what happens in the soon to be 22 books, buy them. Quote
Guest Posted June 3, 2004 Posted June 3, 2004 if you need a host for the visual data files translations, the advent data base is open also. Specializing in the tech Quote
