Guest Posted March 20, 2004 Posted March 20, 2004 Please forgive me if this is in the wrong forum, I thought it would be more appropriate here. Now, can the matrix device survive over long periods of time, say millenias or longer, or is its life span only so long? Being that it is a living computer. Quote
guyverfanatic Posted March 20, 2004 Posted March 20, 2004 Good question, it's not really alive since it is a computer, but I dunno maybe a couple million years. Quote
*zeo Posted March 20, 2004 Posted March 20, 2004 Oh it's alive alright but as to how long it will live I will have to say "No Comment" for now. Quote
Frost Posted March 20, 2004 Posted March 20, 2004 Batteries not included huh It does need a power source to function that is one of it's limitation maybe if it doesnt find any power source for some time it goes into standby mode I personally think it cant wither away and die as it is energy based... exscaped_pyscho Posted March 21, 2004 Posted March 21, 2004 I believe I read some where that the Matrix produces some of it's own power, it just needs an external power sorce to perform the near magical feats it does. As to how long it's life span is I'd guess it last forever or nearly so. Guyvers can last for billions of years if not longer so I'd say it's safe to say the Matrix devices could last just as long seeing as their the most advanced creation of the Creator's. In my opinion the truest qeustion that needs to be anwsered is rather a Matrix can reproduce itself or perhaps a second device would be needed to do this? Also I think some of the Matrixs should be destroyed due to the engines of destruction they can create. There are just to many of the devices laying around. There are either three or four in WG's universe and who knows how many in the other universes (billions or trillions in WG2's universe). Quote
Frost Posted March 21, 2004 Posted March 21, 2004 Every Creator has one in Wg2 universe, it's like going on a Crusade to destroy every light bulb in the house besides a select number are being used to power the barrier to prevent anybody from going in or out of Jason's universe. Quote
exscaped_pyscho Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 First off let me say I was talking about the extra Matrix devices in WG's universe not WG2's. The more devices there are the more chance that Chronos will get there hands on one, or the Creators from this universe. The way I look at it is that a single device would be anuff to acheave just about any end (destruction of Chronos and/or the protection of Earth from the Grakkens/Creators). So why would they require more then a single device? There has either got to be something that will require more then one device or it's just a simple case of overkill like the over abundance of various guyver units. Quote
Frost Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 If the Creators og this universe get hold of even one matrix then it is all over, they will have the schematics of the prototype warrior unit and everything that has been developed to date in the Wg2 universe in short they could destroy Earth.... The point is they won't destroy earth, it is after all warrior guyver's home planet, and he SAVED them from the Guyver Zoalord. And yes, if they got a Matrix they would rule the universe with an iron fist. Quote
