    I think it's really Imakarum and not the creators or an agent of the creators. Here's the real easy reason everyone keeps overlooking. He DID NOT INTEND TO take Edward Caerleon's crystal! He is only taking thos of the fallen/dead Zorlords or Traitor Zorlords, so Alky can rebuild his council. He even stated that Caerleon basically forced his hand. He was going to leave Caerleon alone! Why would he leave a Zorlord alone if he was sent to by the creators to take the Zoacrystals? The only reason he defeated Caerleon is because he got in the way and fought him! There you have it, it's Imakarum. Now where the hell did he get that battle suit???
