I've wondered about this battle a few times in the past and have always thought it may be a draw. But now I realize Sho would win. For starters Tony is rarely prepared for a battle with beings like the Guyver. He is pretty much always in his "base" armor when he goes into battle. I am up in the air as to whether or not Tony would be successful in scanning the armor since it is alien in orgin, although parts are organic. The sonic buster and the gravity orb would give Tony the biggest issues and likely end the battle quickly. Of course the real deciding factor for me is what happens if Sho goes unconscious. At that point it is pretty much sealed. The unit takes care of the threat until there is nothing left, even with serious injuries, you know like a large chunk of brain missing.
