It almost certainly would make her a target. Apollon doesn't seem to be targeting the Zoalords because of their importance to Chronos. From the way he talks, he only seems interested in collecting the Zoacrystals and has no interest in the Zoalords they're implanted in. I bet that if he could, he'd turn up, yank out the crystals and disappear again without fighting his target. It's possible that he needs the Zoacrystals to increase his own power and oppose Archanfel.
