Aptom makes reference to "that technique" which is previously used by Archanphel on his first encounter with him and then by Imakarum at a later time. It is then used again by Apollyon on Aptom and he recognises the attack. I don't think it is as simple as being one clear person, bit obvious, especially as we see Archanphel with Segawa's recently.
