let us not forget that imakarum was placed in archanfel's amniotic chamber when he was badly injured. this chamber gave him archanfels memories and it rebuilt his smashed zoacrystal. how would it know how to do that? it has data on how to make a zoalord. it's not infeasible that the chamber performed optimisation on him equal to archanfel.1 point
