Power Rangers: What happened to various powers?

I have some questions I'd like to ask my fellow advocacy members/any ranger fans.

 

Since the original Mighty Morphin power coins were not destroyed why do you think they were not properly repaired for future use? 

 

What ever happened to the Zeo powers? Were they lost somehow after the destruction of the command chamber in Turbo? 

 

Was the green ranger power coin rendered completely useless? Do you think it could have ever been fixed?

Going on the top of my head, I believe the Power Coins were destroyed/damaged by Master Vile and company at the end of third season, though Adam to use his damaged Power Coin once during In Space.

 

I don't believe the Zeo Powers were ever lost, but were just replace by the Turbo Powers.

 

And the Green Ranger's power should actually be intact after Tommy's (formally)evil clone, Tom got to keep the Green Ranger morpher after he travel back to the past around the 1700's. This was during the Green vs White episodes in Season 2.
