*guyverfan Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 hi everyone, i want to share with everyone an online store which i've found that sells guyver figures, namely the elfin kits which seem to be still available, but very hard to come by.i've purchased most of my elfin kits from this store who i've found to be very proffessional to deal with.as mentioned in an old post, these kits are very high quality and sell for a very reasonable price.i have nothing but praise for the store owner as out of stock items are generally sourced quickly or monies refunded.the stores name is comet miniatures and i believe his ebay stores' name is santaclaus.link;http://www.comet-miniatures.com/browse.php?s_categ=207&zone=11&here's one of the kits that i think a few people might be interested in. *Jess♥ Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 I'm not sure about the title of the thread. 'naming and shaming' seems a bit sucky. I think it might be a bit distasteful to be taking potshots at some stores just for the sake of it? by all means if you had a nasty experience, share that with friends, to keep them safe. I'm just not sure about this. it feels like flaming which we're not really about are we? title got edited so this is no longer valid. Quote
Gray5 Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 Confused as I don't see the first posting flaming or speaking badly of the mentioned seller at all. He actually recommends the seller and praises him. Not sure about the small size but I see these unpainted kits all over eBay all the time for about $25-$20 US. Also see a number of the prepainted kits but they range from $100-$400 US. Quote
*Jess♥ Posted October 13, 2013 Posted October 13, 2013 no worries, the post title was edited, I presume by Guyverfan. It wasn't an issue per se, it was just a slight concern. Guyverfan, sorry if I can across a bit strong. a bit stressed atm. Quote
*guyverfan Posted October 13, 2013 Author Posted October 13, 2013 No, that's fine. Original heading was guyver figure online stores name&praise or name&shame. Ryuki's suggestion came as i was still online posting, to my understanding to keep the forum on the current friendly theme th At it is. And to keep people from posting comments which may hold malice against individuals or stores. Which i totally agreed with and so changed the thread topic straight away. 1 Quote
